Purchased from McClain's RV Super Store in Ft Worth in Feb 2021, as they had in in stock and delivery time from the factory was mid June. Exceptional experience with the entire staff there - customer is always right seems to be what they practice. Shortly after purchase, decals on rear started to show signs of poor factory installation, with internal cracks and uplifting around some edges. Winnebago initially declined my warrantee claim, but the store manager, Derek, said "We'll take care of you." And they did. On a trip to San Antonio, we passed through Ft Worth and the service department began replacement immediately and we were out in half a day. Hope Winnebago honored a claim from McClain's. McClain's Ft Worth gets a 5 star plus review from me. As for the 22M, it drives like a charm, so easy it's easy to forget what's behind the driver. Slide out bed is super comfy, side mirrors provide great visibility, cruise control is nice but in a side-wind, the electronic sensors think it is skidding and shuts down the adaptive cruise control. Engine has to be turned-off for a good while (15 min., maybe) before adaptive cruise control restored (big pain). Camped in -2 degrees and heater kept the inside cozy at 62 deg all night. Biggest complaint is that for any questions, warrantee, etc, Winnebago won't touch it with a ten foot pole and refers any questions, service, etc (even an oil change) Winnebago refers customer to Ford. And most Ford dealers I've contacted say won't work on it (won't fit in their bay) and refer me to a "fleet" dealer. I found one Ford dealer on Loveland CO that would have the mechanic change to oil outside the service bay the old fashion way - on his back with a catch pan. Kudos to Loveland Ford!! Winnebago (the company) gets a 2 star review. Thanks goodness for great dealers like McClains Ft Worth.
