Last one was $5000 on us. Winnebago was absolutely no help at all. Man in Iowa just hung his head and said there was nothing they could do. This was after the 2nd turbo. The only help we got was from the dealer in Georgia who gave us the name of the man at Cummins. Thank God for him. We are now trying to find someone to buy it. We will not lie to anyone about the problems we have had. Good luck to us. We will never buy a Winnebago.

I have a 2017 Grand Tour. It’s my first Diesel pusher I have had several fifth wheels. This coach is a beautiful beast. It is well built and very comfortable. We changed out the mattress and made it very comfortable. My only complaint is the Matrix tv system. It’s a pain and I opted to just go with smart Tv and internet tv. Overall , it’s a great coach and I would buy it again.

It is a Winnebago which means the quality is good, although the red decals deteriorated on the side facing the sun when parked. I removed them with an eraser wheel on my drill. Tedious but effective. We got this floor plan because it had the biggest kitchen and wardrobe. It is livable. We were happy with the amenities for our three months trip last winter to Marci Gras and the Florida Keys. It drives great. Very comfortable,
I have made numerous upgrades such as hydraulic levelers and diesel heater for the water compartment, 1000 watt inverter, upgraded kitchen sink faucet, extra battery for my wife’s CPAP machine when we are not plugged in. We like it. And by the way ALWAYS do the recommended service. With 120,000 miles on it we have only needed the front suspension renewed besides brakes and tires and the usual. We’re good for the next 120000 miles.
You’ll likely be happy with a Via

This RV was my primary home for nearly 3 years. Compared to other RVs out there I highly recommend the Winnebago Via 25R. My main complaint is drivability. Though it drives pretty alright on flat straight roads on a calm day... its narrow track and large rear overhang makes it very unstable in windy conditions and going over bumps in and out of parking lots. The wheels are several inches inside the body on both sides. Most class A diesels have wheels going all the way to the full width of the body and the rear wheels further back. This helps with stability.
Though I cannot say my time in the Via was uneventful in terms of maintenance and repairs. I was living in it nearly full time and I did own a previous RV (so I have something to compare it to). My annual repair and maintenance bills were less expensive than fuel, and I drove about 6k miles a year at an avg of 15 mpg towing my VW Rabbit around 60-65 mph. This was in the day when diesel was about $2.75/gallon. I never had a catastrophic repair that required immediate attention and altering my plans. My previous RV... I cannot say the same about it. Both in terms of cost and catastrophe.
I really loved the small exterior size that enabled me to go many places including right into my parents driveway when visiting them. Combine that with the open spacious interior that includes a full bath and queen size bed with guest loft bed and I was very happy.
I found there was ample exterior storage for my needs and just enough interior storage.
I do wish it had automatic leveling jacks. That would have been another plus. Leveling was sometimes a pain.

Purchased our “Winnie” in 2014, after a 2 year search for a 32T. Its a magnificent machine with a Freightliner chassis, great floorplan, economical Cummins 5.9L 300HP turbo diesel engine, pushbutton Allison 5 speed transmission, basement heat pump, and Onan “Quietdiesel” generator. We bought it with 26,xxx miles and it now sports 50,xxx. We had Freightliner replace the turbocharger, shortly after we got it, because the gate wouldn’t fully open. Other than that, progressive maintenance, new tires and batteries have kept her running strong. We generally tow a vehicle, four down, especially on longer trips. It’s a comfortable and livable design. We go to RV shows most every year and decide that we prefer ours to the models we see. Yeah, we’ve had to upgrade the TV’s to flat screens and the original sofa fabric is an oldero design than could use updating. I wish the sofa and dinette were upholstered with leather, rather than fabric, but we’ve not seen a Class A DP that we prefer. We appreciate the “big dog” comfort, along with the 32T’s economy and maneuverability.

Our grandsons have loved camping in this Forza 3R. A quiet, comfortable long-distance ride on soft air-shock suspension with a powerful Cummins 340 HP Diesel engine pushing from way in the back is similar to a luxury touring bus. Seat belts provided for ten people. Averages 10 mpg with a 90-gallon diesel fuel tank for a nearly 900-mile range.
We've camped in luxurious style with a full-wall slide-out on the right and a queen-sized master bedroom slide-out on the left, two bunk beds, a very comfortable couch that folds out to a queen-sized bed, a dinette that transforms into a comfortable bed for one, a fireplace, and a bath and a half are what makes this Winnebago Forza Class A diesel standout. This unit easily sleeps seven and makes a perfect traveling home that our children and grandchildren have loved.
Entrance into this Forza is just in front of the passenger seat which, along with the driver’s seat, can swivel around and become extra seating once you reach your destination. Additionally, the passenger seat has a fold-out footrest and a tuck-away desk/tabletop. Heading back along the left side you find a full-wall slide-out providing plenty of extra foot traffic space to move about. There is a Benchmark dinette for mealtime which can easily be changed into a one-person bed with ample storage space under the seat bottoms. There is a queen-sized sofa/sleeper, and a multi-purpose room that transforms from an office space for two into a set of bunk beds with additional ample storage space under its seat bottoms. There is also a spacious wardrobe directly across from the air-sleep system queen bed in the master bedroom.
Along the right side is a spacious residential refrigerator with a freezer and icemaker. There is also a pantry for dry and canned goods storage, a three-burner range, a convection/microwave oven and a double kitchen sink all set into a handsome grey marbled Corian countertop. An angled 50" HDTV that can receive input from either of four sources…a roof-mounted King Digital TV low-profile antenna, an included satellite HD TV system with permanently roof-mounted and retractable satellite dish, an included Roku Wi-Fi streaming receiver with remote, or via the included coax cable attached to the RV park coax output… is opposite the full wall slide which makes viewing easy from just about any seating in the space. There is an electric fireplace for warm ambiance. A convenient half-bath including a toilet and vanity with sink is located across from the bunks. There is also a storage space in the half-bath opposite the vanity. Next, there is a sliding privacy door to the master bedroom and a hinged walk-in door to the rear full bath. The queen bed slides out with dual nightstands for added space to walk around. There is also a flip-down 28" HDTV above the foot of the bed for late-night viewing. The master bathroom in the rear offers a shower, toilet, and vanity with sink, a washer and dryer, plus storage space.
Annual winterizing and de-winterizing are easy using RV Winterizing Fluid with a winterizing valve and a hot water heater bypass valve. A 6,000-watt Cummins Onan quiet 50-amp generator and a 2,000-watt inverter/charger makes this coach self-sufficient. The hot water heater can be run on electricity, on gas or on both, and there are two air conditioners and one heat pump plus one gas furnace.
