We purchased the 2019 2401RG new, based on Winnebago's reputation and quality. We love the floorplan with the bathroom entry from either the living area or the Master with two doors. Also the second exterior door going into the bedroom is a very nice feature. The storage space is well planned and plentiful for a 28 ft trailer. No warranty factory issues. This was our first RV experience and we have enjoyed it. We did add a Lippert one touch leveling system, which made set up and tear down a snap. It is worth every dollar. I can say that Winnebago has lived up to the high standard we expected when we purchased the RV new and has never disappointed. My wife and I highly recommend this model.

Top dollar, bottom quality. Bought this "lightly" used from a reputable dealer. We have used it twice, pulled it maybe 500 km on good highways. Found screws poking through the shell, compromising envelope. No help from factory as of yet. Seals on doors are poor; discovered water damage to particle board in outdoor kitchen. Also, found the nailing that attaches the ribs that support the closet floor above the outdoor kitchen have pulled out, certainly not due to overloading the closet floor above it. It seems like every time you look at it, you find something else wrong. Not impressed. Top dollar, bottom quality.

Really loved this trailer - awesome floor plan design and great livability. Drawbacks: winnebago is no longer the trusted company you think of when it comes to travel trailers. Their warranty is 1 year and they know that most problems will occur in the second and third years. After 1 camping trip - the electric water heater went out. we had an extended warranty so that costs us $50 to replace. Next were the grey/black water valves. after one repair ($50 again) they failed. We upgraded and they cost us $395 to replace. Next up was the leveling jack. A bolt broke and it was ruined. ($75). Every time we move the trailer there is sawdust everywhere left over from construction. Interior screws fall out all the time and recently a lamp shade over the dinette crashed to the floor having not been tightened at the factory. Now, we need a new axle because something happened to the wheel during towing and the spindle threads are beyond repair. The axle is custom made and 6-12 weeks out for replacement. They are NOT covered under any warranty. We are not new to camping, trailers or maintenance. We have NEVER had any problems with our Coleman campers/trailers like we have with winnebago. Their service, warranty and workmanship have plummeted. I don't know what has happened to the company. 5 stars for awesome interior design - but what good is that if it's always in the repair shop awaiting some part or another. Will never recommend or purchase another.

We are retired and use our winniedrop 1710 for seeing the country in. Sometimes a week, sometimes a month or more at a time. Easy to pull with our Ram 1500. Well insulated, we don’t hear outside noise when it is closed up. We have not ever had any negative issues with it. It has never leaked even though we have had it out in many storms. It is true it is small, But we only use it for sleeping and as shelter during bad weather. We won’t sell it until we are ready to stop camping. It has been perfect for us.

Ive had 3 prior tt's and 3 popups. this winnebago 170k was the worst of the lot. shocking for winnebago, I know. the rails for the kitchen were woefully small, and failed. I had to replace them with something rated strong enought. the coax connection failed. had to get rewired. used awning cleaner and it jacked up the gelcoat. expensive fix. the fenders are shiny, and the sun damaged the gelcoat above beyond repair. the outside sink does not drain. had to mod that. the front faded horribly in 2 years. this camper was my nightmare, all others have been so much better, even though I realize all have problems. nightmare camper.

Dear Sir/Madam, My wife and I own a Winnie Drop, model WD1780, VIN 54CTW1H13J303****, purchased in March of 2018 from Lazydays in Florida. During the one year warranty period the dealer had to attend to seven issues: a rear window leak, the awning that was loose on one side, the side skirt of the slide-out that was loose (and still is), the holding tank indicators that did apparently not function properly (they still don't), ceiling strips that were loose (they are again), the white strip on the slide-out that touches its rubber gasket, and all three external cargo doors that were warped and leaked. After expiration of the warranty period we had to attend to the following issues: 1.A malfunctioning air conditioner, at a cost of $ 150. 2.Twice on a non operating heater, first at a cost of $ 120, later at a cost of $164, for a total of $ 284. 3.A fridge that freezes all contents (and still does), diagnosed but not repaired at a cost to us of $ 152.90. 4.An external support bracket of the sewage pipe, at a cost of $ 220. (also cleaned out the connection between the toilet and the black water tank) 5.A cracked braking drum, requiring two new drums with bearings, at a total cost of $ 486.09 (potentially a very serious hazard) If this was a car in Massachusetts it would probably fall under the lemon law. I am inclined to post a factual review on the popular social media sites, but will wait 2 weeks for your reply. Regards Ellen and Richard Lacroix P.S. We have submitted this review, more than two weeks, on "PissedConsumer", the complaints web site listed on Winnebago's own site and got no reaction from Winnebago

We purchase a new model for 2020 the 185DB equipped with an Off-Road Package * Heated & Enclosed Tanks & its SOLAR ready! This model has a U dinette, we upgraded TV to 32" model. I love the pantry cabinet AND the new wardrobe cabinet perfect for additional storage! Full kitchen: sink, counter top range, combo convection microwave oven & refrgerator that works off electric & propane! Full Bath (this is NOT a wet bath) plenty of counter/storage space. Queen Bed which we added a memory foam matress. Our exterior is WHITE & we love it! This is a TOW & GO at 3000lbs with a 4000 max load. We added an equalizer anti sway bar for safety purposes & we dont even know its back there! Back camera feature is amazing. Nothing bad to say, not a word. You'll love it!

We bought a Winnebago Minnie Plus 27RDS from Demontrond RV in Conroe, Texas. We spent 3 nights in the RV and it began leaking after it rained. It was not leaking in a small section but 75% of the trailer had water coming down the walls (bedroom, living room, slide out, dining area, and bathroom. The wall paper was buckling and there was mold in the front storage from where it had leaked. Immediately contacted Demontrond in Conroe and they said bring it in on Monday, November 11, 2019. Did a walk through with service and management. Left the RV and November 29, 2019, Winnebago came and picked up the RV to take it to Indiana to make the repairs because they were beyond what Demontrond could repair. It was with the understanding the Winnebago would keep us informed on the repairs. They stated that we should have it back to us by Christmas. We received one set of pictures of which the slide out is pulled off the RV and lying on the floor because of discovery work and mold underneath the carpet. Finally, in February 2020, the RV came back to Demontrond only to return a week later back to Winnebago. No one told us the RV had returned, we just happened to call and was told that it was there but the wall paper was coming off the walls again. No one asked before returning to Indiana we just got a call the next day the Winnebago had picked up the RV. We only pulled the RV 45 miles and Winnebago has pulled the RV 3,477 miles. Get this, we also got a tickets we had to pay because they used the tollway in Dallas and did not pay the tolls. We got an attorney who sent 2 separate Demand Letters (wanting a full refund plus associated expenses) and Demontrond has not responded. The letters were sent to corporate and Conroe. To this day, June 9, 2020, we have not seen our RV since November 9,2019. There has nothing been done on the part of Demontrond Conroe or Winnebago to make this situation right. Obviously, there is major structural damage and mold damage. Please, Please I beg you not to buy from Demontrond Conroe or Winnebago. Hopefully, I can save 1 family from buying from Demontrond especially Demontrond RV Conroe from going through this nightmare we are living. We bought from a large company in our area and bought what we thought was a good brand of RV and has proven not the case.
