We love our new camper, we have had it for 4 months now.
General has known about these problems and has not moved one inch into getting them resolved, we ordered our camper at the Hershey RV show 2021.

We love our new camper, we have had it for 4 months now.
General has known about these problems and has not moved one inch into getting them resolved, we ordered our camper at the Hershey RV show 2021.
-Screen door hinge sheered off and door won't close properly, whole entrance system needs to be replaced.
-shower stall floor has a large soft spot and dangerous, I feel like anyone will fall right through it.
-master bedroom AC shows an "E4" error.
-Fresh water tank fills up when hooked up to city water.
-LP recall
-Awning recall
General RV says they are busy due to Hershey RV show 2022.
What about the customers from a year ago!!!?????
