2018 Travato 59k was our first RV. We just sold it because we're looking to buy a bit larger to accommodate our 3 dogs. Travato dark charcoal looks so sharp and classy. We got many compliments, "nice rig" wherever we go. We made 18 trips and never once any problem. Only one thing that I could remember was the navigate system didn't turn on. My husband decided to remove and put it back in and it works great ever since. Maybe a wire was loose. No problem with water leaks or mechanical issue. Our Travie heater and cool system worked great, TV, Microwave, and Fridge all worked great. The seat was very comfortable and handling was a breeze. If only all RV performs this way, I think people would continue keeping their RVs and never need to sell or trade it in. We did upgrade all tires to a Micheline brand for a smoother ride and bought a spare as well. No, they don't come with a spare one. We're researching for our next rig and crossed our fingers that we'll find a gem. Travie gave us both a great sense of ownership, secure, safe and made our vacations so pleasant that we look forward to our next one when pulling up to our driveway. Happy Rving to Travato!

We rather this floor plan to the G model . I did no like the idea of having the big water tank in the doorway. We upgraded the batteries and found we had no need for the noisy generator. If it get really hot, we stop in at a campground for AC power - other wise we are camping in the National Forest. Floor plan - I built 2 adventure vans the same way, kitchen behind the drivers seat and a wide open doorway gives it a great feeling of space!

We owned this RV for 3 years, and went all over the Western US and up through Canada. We drove it on skinny roads, rough roads and a few freeways, although we liked taking the back roads instead. We recommend this type of RV for couples who don't want to rough it in a tent anymore. It has all the conveniences of a large RV, just not as much capacity :). We can boondock for up to 4 days without needing to dump the tanks. We updated the shower to a cloth - fast drying curtain in a slide, love it!!!!! Our Lithium batteries have made it really boondock friendly!!! We find it very easy to drive and the front window has the best view. We found Winnebago to be too proprietary and not willing to share part numbers. My husband is a licensed mechanic, and prefers not to have others work on his vehicles. Down to the number for the bike rack it was nearly impossible to get a good part number to buy items. I think if you want to drive and camp a Travato 59K is a perfect option for a couple or a single too!!!

We have enjoyed our2016 59K desiel avg 23 mpg with very little problems. Our recall items were minor and fixed without a problem. We have traveled from the northwest down the mountains of California up to the Grand Canyon and back down to New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana , Florida, and back to the Black hills of SD. The van has handled all types of weather, winds and roads without a problem. Winds crossing New Mexico had gust up to 70 and that did throw us a little. I can't complain about the van cause we have traveled 18k miles and thank God for our little home on wheels. We love it but are going to sell because of family issues. Keep Truckin✌️

Unlike the fiberglass class b's the Travato is an extended van and is easy to maintain. Wax it occasionally like your car and it will be carefree and not fade which the fiberglass campers all do over time especially the graphics that are stuck on. I have the 59K twin bed model which works out great as I am single and can take a friend with me. The bathroom, though small is accomodating at the rear of the van, plenty of room on the toilet. Winnebago builds a storage panel into the unit where you can keep your hoses, cords, etc. painlessly and within reach. Included is also a small wardrobe closet with 3 drawers. The cabin itself is quite roomy with lots of overhead storage in airline type locked compartments that won't open while driving. You have your option for boondocking as everything except the ac runs off of solar, battery, or gas power. The front seats spin around to 2 tray tables for eating or drinks while watching the tv which swivels for bed or seated viewing. Included is a full size table that installs between the 2 beds but we never use it. The sliding door has a screen built in for cooler weather and the ceiling has a powered truma vent to move fresh air inside the unit. I am averaging 15-17 mpg over 27000 miles in my gas V6 engine. There are only 2 things that I wish were different but it's hard to accomplish in such a small space. There is no exterior storage is one. The other is the fridge is really small and cannot accomodate a gallon of milk or even half gallon bottle unless it's turned on it's side. But keep in mind you can go anywhere with this van and park in any space you would with your car or truck and in some parks it is classified as a van and not a motorhome or trailer so you can drive it places you couldn't otherwise get too. I have had several class c's and class a's and am sold on a class B now for ease of driving, parking, mileage, handling, etc.

Love the layout and king bed. It gives us a tunnel for two dogs to hide and sleep in. Bin access is awkward when the be is made up but can be made accessable with a door at the foot end. Our local dealership (Pierce RV) is unresponsive and/or unable to obtain repair parts and Winnebago.com is unwilling to deal with owners directly. The TOTAL COMPLETE parts catolog should be avaiable ON LINE to all owners. It would be useful for the rear clearance to be 2-3 inches higher since the generator reduces the clearance to about 5 inches which is iffy for for Forest Service roads.

Similar to one of the other reviewers I'm a renter, not an owner, but given the increasing popularity of Outdoorsy it might be valuable to hear from someone who came to this RV cold and lived in it for a limited time - in this case, eight nights. Overall, the experience was great. We loved the twin beds, which were super comfortable and didn't require anything more than quickly making them up each morning. The storage under the beds was also very helpful. The controls were all pretty standard and easy-to-learn. Everything on the outside worked great too. My only two complaints on the inside: the folding door to the bathroom felt flimsy. The rubber trim on each door kept falling out. Finally, we just taped it in so the doors would stay shut. The other issue was the microwave. It beeped constantly. I tried to reprogram it multiple times to no avail. Otherwise, everything worked inside and, in particular, we loved the ventilation in this coach, which we understand is a real problem with the Thor clone. Regarding climate, both the heat and air conditioning was effective. The cabinets weren't the highest quality, but we appreciated the locks. The Ram platform is what it is. I like the MB Sprinter better, but it's obviously more expensive. One huge drawback: the screen on this 2019 Ram was awful, like something from 15 years ago before Smartphones and widespread use of GPS and streaming. This really needs to be addressed by Ram. Maybe it has been in the newer models. Otherwise, this was a great RV and we had a blast during our time in it.

We bought the Travato late in October of 2018. Due to some physical issues on my part we down sized from a 28 foot travel. There was a learning curve the first few times we used it because of the room difference, but we eventually worked out how to get around inside the3 coach. I am a bigger guy so I had to learn that both of us weren't going to fit in the center isle. The quality of the rig is outstanding,we did have 2 or 3 issues and they were covered in the warranty. I added Sumo Springs to the front and read and that improved the handling of the rig. We are both very satisfied and will enjoy many years of camping. I would recommend the Travato to anyone who is interested in a class B RV.

Not sure l qualify to review as we rented with option to buy.. Loved the floor plan, especially the separate beds that Were permanent...thought 2019 should contain easy clean induction cook tops Vs. flame and and messy burners. Was willing to compromise on many “levels” literally..a too low fridge and microwave, a table that Didn’t swing out, leaving Bumps in the floor and a cab area with nicely Upholstered leather seats that weren’t powered and looked like several attempts were made to install them, and they gave up and settled, leaving a series of holes and spaces...that may cause harmful fumes to enter the cabin! I had carefully removed all racks and loose Items...we weren’t planning on cooking or sleeping in it...we simply Wanted a safe mode of transportation for day tripping, and a occasional nap by the ocean after a nice walk and picnic, all while Having access to a clean available restroom...bottom line...the Travato liked the newly paved freeways but hated every town we Entered...she Rattled like she would soon begin falling apart and we Never figured out how the empty locked cabinets and drawers could Manage such an unpleasant racket...sadly, she was lovely to look at, But Impossible to live with...we had to return her the following day! To enter the cab and be
