The 2 AC units keep everything comfortable. The bunkhouse is separate and on the opposite side of the RV from the main bedroom, which is great for parents with kids! The bunkhouse sleeps 3. There is a ton of storage space.

Purchased our Winnebago 2405RL from TravelCamp in Savannah GA in November of 2020. We were looking for a small 5th wheel that had decent ground clearance, ease of towability and a heated and enclosed underbelly. The Winnie met all of those requirements and more. Having owned several different RV's in the past from a 37 foot Class A to a 19 foot travel trailer we had quite a bit of experience with the varying degrees of RV build quality. We can easily say that the Winnie is the best RV we have owned hands down. Everything works just as it should, the fit and finish is top notch (for and RV) and the overall design actually seems to have taken in to account how the RV would be used. Often RV's have glaring flaws in layout and design that making simple tasks such as emptying tanks or watching TV without having to turn your head huge chores. Not the 2405RL everything is well thought out and easy to use. Our unit has the extreme weather package, winter package and off-road package and suits us perfectly for our full-time 50/50 boondocking to park lifestyle. Small nuances like full interior caulking, stainless steel sinks, sealed counter tops, a full back splash and one piece vinyl floors make the coach feel well put together. The upgraded ducted 15000 btu A/C has been more than sufficient to keep the entire coach cool and comfortable even on the hottest days and the 18000 BTU ducted furnace was more than sufficient as well. I would have to no problem recommending the Winnebago Micro Minnie 5th wheel to anyone in the market for a small easily towable couples camper. We pull ours with a 2020 RAM 1500 Classic 4x4 equipped with the 5.7 Hemi gas engine and even in the mountains of the West it is a joy to pull and far more stable and steady than any travel trailer we have ever owned. Hope this helps :)

Small things have been falling apart or breaking off. For the amount of money spent on this, I'm very disappointed. The dealership would not offer a replacement and further things are now falling apart...one year later. I purchased a brand new RV so I wouldn't have to deal with issues for years into it, and have been dealing with issues since day one. Not a happy camper!

Nothing but problems. New problem every day.
Only used a few months so far.
Here is a PARTIAL LIST:
Exterior:
Bottom had to be sealed in many places to prevent rodents - very poor workmanship.
.
Electric:
Outlet on sink cabinet installed so poorly that it has cracked and actually pulled out of the wall.
Light cover on ceiling light found on the floor with a tiny piece of sticky tape where someone had jimmied it on just long enough to sell it.
Wires under slide were rubbing on wheel and had to be
repositioned.
Leaks:
Slide leaked under the booth seat - horizontal wall seam outside had to be resealed.
Slide floor had rotted and floor fell down on this side and had to be reattached.
.
Plumbing:
Hot water faucets squeak and need to be greased.

We have loved having this RV. It comfortable, pulls great. The quality of Winnebago is amazing and their office support has been great. Circumstances have made it so that we have to give it up , but whomever buys it will love it as well. So much storage inside and out. We used the outside kitchen more than the inside and it’s nice to have that extra refrigerator. It is easy to wash your pet using the outside shower hose.

Ok, here I am returning to review our 5th wheel. Have had it since 6/19. Several trips of various lengths the longest being out to Leadville, CO and camping at 10,000ft. The haul out was excellent. No issues at all. We camped for three days, no generator. we have two batteries. Again no issues. We are conservative with water usage and had plenty for several showers and other necessities for four adults. My wife and I are planning to travel more and more as the young ones graduate from HS. We can't see ourselves hauling these massive 5er's. We want to be able to get off the beaten paths so to speak and it is difficult with the larger rigs. I was able to pull is unit off the dirt road leading to the trailhead of Mt Elbert, CO. Take it slow and we had no issues. So far I have only one complaint and it is with our dealer. They are reluctant to fix the issues I have taken in for. They keep it for excessive amounts of time.
All in all we love this 5th wheel and look forward to more time in it.

Owner for all of two days. So far overall impression is we love it. Good quality overall satisfaction with workmanship. Two disappointing aspects so far, lack of storage space from the outside. Two doors, one on either side to access pass-through storage, much smaller than our previous travel trailer. The other access door is to the storage area underneath the sofa that has access from the inside as well. We like to sit up in bed and read and that is virtually impossible unless you turn sideways and lean against the wardrobes.
Hopefully I can remember to return here and update my review after we have a chance to actually take it out and camp.
