I brought this motor home because Winnebago is suppose to be the best of the best for motor homes. Well let me tell ya I don't know what happened to them over the years but this 2021 is a piece of garbage. I had nothing but trouble with it from day one with something going wrong after I fixed the last thing that went wrong. This should be called the Winnebago Big Lemon Winnie, Everything that could go wrong did !! Let's start with the leak in the sky light over the shower, yep had a hair line crack in it and had to be replaced, then the bathroom led lights started flickering and had to be replaced, and let's not forget the toilet that had to be replaced, mind you it's a 2021 with 6700 miles on it !! Moving on to the bathroom door that wouldn't close hitting the door jam and still does, and the on board batteries that were not charging when plug in to the shore line !! Now moving on to the Norcold N7X refrigerator that won't get cold and will have to be yes you guessed it replaced !! They should take this back and give me all my money back !! I still have more but I don't think my fingers can keep pushing the buttons but let me tell ya people ...DON'T BUY A WINNEBAGO, In closing let's not forget the shades that don't go up without pushinh them up !!!! WINNEBAGO YOU DESERVE THIS MOTOR HOME BACK ....

Purchased new 2015 . 1st trip sail panel in furnace died. Cost 100$ + as we were far from dealer. 2nd trip taillights filled with rain water shorted partial out. Taillights replaced twice, by dealer still flooded. Dealer put silicone all over looks like crap cannot remove it. Winnie (as a customer service) would replace again with same junk. No thanks. Replace taillights myself with sealed LEDS. Cost 250$. Slide -out ( Swintek) motor died. Dealer 750$ + . Junk motor had black tape all around it on removal. Junk. Thanks Swintek. Waiting for the other one to poop its pants. Sent POS motor to Winnie,,, with note,,no comment back. Two 75 year old owners, fixed income . Never any kids. Now the crap plastic upholstery all peeling, blistering. Cost to replace $$$ no options. Gotta do it. Everything except your Ford chassis is cheap Chinese crap. Used sparingly 27K miles. Ford part is the only thing good so far,,,,,

Its nice to nap or socialize across from the dinette with friends. A bonus is you decide to buy this RV-- we purchased a 4-year warranty that is transferrable to the new owner. It expires in May 2023. You can't go wrong!

It is simple to set up--check that the frig is level, then plug in the electric, and while the built in surge protector test the power, hook up the fresh water. By yourself, you don't need to empty the black water tank at every stop--once a week seems enough. On the road it handles well, keeps up with traffic with no problems--even with a tow car attached. Setting off down the road in this rig is a happy feeling!

Cannot speak to service issues because I have had none. Very good heat and roof air. Always comfortable. I love the fact that my unit has automatic stabilizers that level. I am older with a bad knee and it is a nice option especially when it is raining. Pulls in easily to park for groceries. I took this unit through 7 states and six national parks. Not one problem. Complaints would be hard mattress and no 12 volt plug. We have been very happy with this unit. Handles steep inclines and brakes well on downgrades. I have to sell due to my wifes disability and up coming surgery. If she is ever able to travel again I would only look at Winnebago as we have enjoyed this model.

Easy to drive. Comfortable drive on the interstate and I am able to keep of with traffic flow. I've have purchased this vehicle 18 months ago. Air condition performs great in hot weather. The size of the vehicle makes it easy to park in most state parks and national parks. I returned the vehicle to dealership during the first few months due to a broken antenna crank and water was getting in to the mini storage compartment on the passenger side. I am overall happy with this vehicle.

When there are 2 people in bed, it's hard for my daughter to scoot around me when I'm next to bathroom and difficult to scoot around when my daughter is laying next to bathroom in bed. I wish the bed was lower and had privacy but that's it. Besides that it is very comfortable to drive and space to sit down sitting comfortably.

We bought this motorhome because of the GM chassis with 324hp engine and HD 6 speed transmission with automatic grade braking and 5k tow pkg for our Jeep. We added a spare tire, MaxxAir vent covers for hail protection, electric hot water, AVS Bug Guard and Sewer Solution gray-black water system. We really like this floorplan making slides unnecessary. We traveled light so we always had to raise front to level RV. It has a huge cargo bay, large enough for spare tire to sit upright. The electric bay is also large. ALL utility hook ups are on left side in middle third making RV park connections easy. Driving and handling were excellent. On downside: Dinette is typical low back uncomfortable boat cushion design. Lack of 12v fridge operation while traveling. Nasty Panasonic in-dash Radio system unusable while driving as requires stopping to adjust or change stations, cute but dysfunctional in any RV as totally not ergonomic. Small lettering with tiny grey lettering on grey or black background. Shower skylight was designed too large, thermal expansion contraction, 100+ during day to 20s at night caused sealant separation at all 4 corners. Overall nice unit, good OEM products, quality control during construction was FAIR as electric bay was not caulked, 3 drawers needed glides reset, furnace ducting had to be unkinked, water system drains needed to be relocated for freefall of water. Workers where in a hurry, so craftsmanship was NOT their goal.
