The Mercedez Delano does not honour warranty. The paint on the unit's is God awful. They change out tires to put cheap tires and then Mercedez will not warranty them and Thor denies doing so. overall do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY that is all they care about. I have owned several different makes of RV’s from a Coachmen tent trailer, Aljo 26 travel trailer, 35 Alfa Gold 5th wheel and a 30 Holiday Rambler Alumiscape. All of them had varying degrees of accessories and amenities and all were great Rv’s. I then got into the Class B segment by buying a Roadtrek and while it was great for getting into tight places, it just lacked the comfort of a real RV. By that I am mainly referring to the lack of a large king size bed and a bathroom I could turn around in without knocking things down. I then started looking at the Mercedes-Benz line of Class C’s that Thor was putting out. I had looked over several of the competing models but only to find lesser quality of builds or a price so high, it should have had a picket fence attached. The Synergy was a great blend of it all and yet still had that easy to maneuver sizing and ample interior room. The struggle with any RV is storage space, the Synergy had great space thanks to a large pass through in the very back that could accommodate large items without have in to keep them inside the living space. Great features like Bluetooth connectivity to operate the awning, room slide out and start the generator were all amazing things to have and came in quite handy more than I thought. The Mercedes-Benz drivetrain has been a treat and very solid. Gas mileage has also been great averaging around 14 MPG! These are not your grandparents old motorhomes, they are new and fresh and give you that freedom to go out and explore and not have to worry about parking a bus while getting fuel or groceries! The Mercedes chassis & cab have had excellent performance, however Thor's quality control regarding workmanship and quality of furnishings and equipment is horrible! *The captain's seats and the couch faux leather upholstery pealed with zero compensation or help from Thor. *The Axxera radio and backup camera is unusable junk. *The bathroom faucet was missing fasteners. *All the wiring under the coach has unprotected squeeze connectors, many of which had to be replaced. *The coach is deafeningly noisy on the highway. *Access to the bathroom is almost impossible when the slides are in. *Obviously no Thor engineer has ever tried to access the spare tire buried under the coach when needed for a flat repair! ....I could go on, but the above at least makes clear that Thor has no conscience when it comes to charging premium $ for shoddy products. The Mercedes Synergy SP24 is by far an excellant motorhome that exceeds all expectations. The Synergy SP24 delivers plenty of torque for a coach it's size. The smaller C class coach is a very versatile and extremely pleasant driving machine for short or long distance travels. The Synery's compact interior lay out was well designed for maximum comfort. The rv has been great. Tailgating, cross country visiting national and state parks. Drives fantastic and pulls a loaded jeep moab Rubicon. You and your family would love this unit. Dislikes a little small for bigger families. Show less

We searched for this RV nationwide in 2019 because we wanted a Mercedes Benz diesel engine and we wanted the Murphy Bed configuration to give us more living space. We were fortunate to find one model only in 2019 in the Northeast part of the country, at a dealer near Albany, N.Y. We have spent 6 months traveling and enjoying this terrific rig. It drives beautifully and we love watching TV at night either enjoying the outside TV, or sitting at the dinette with he leg extensions lifted or the captain's chairs swiveled - very comfy! We also towed our car behind, which made traveling and sight-seeing convenient. Show less

We love the Thor Synergy. It is perfect for my wife, our dog and I. We've had minimal problems with the RV and have put 22000 miles on it in two years. Only had to have the dealer work on it once with a minor roof leak. Rather than repair the one spot they replaced the whole roof. It gets great mileage and Mercedes is a pleasure to work with. It would be nice if the shower were a little bigger and we would have gladly traded in the dinette for recliners but we would probably buy it again if Thor continued to make it. Show less

I purchased this motor home May of 2017 after seeing it at a RV show.I have had it back to the dealer many times over the last 3 years for 1 particular problem that they some how can't seem to repair. The slide out with the sofa bed has consistently leaked from day one.I just don't understand why they seem to have this unrepairable problem. Show less

25,000 miles... automatic step motor burn out. Window screen attachment design does not work. Can’t open bathroom door with slide in. Water selection valve need pliers to rotate. Water hose hook up poorly designed... and perhaps the most annoying is that the coach Interior is incredibly noisy on the highway @ 65 mph!!!! Show less

Loved the ease in handling this coach, the floor plan is great and roomy for travel and for camping. Perfect for 2 people but can sleep more in a little more crowded fell obviously. Just a great little coach. Show less
