I love my motorhome. She can tow like no other. I went from a home to a hurticane that I pull a 24ft trailer packed including my car. Motorhome handles extremely well. After living in it a few months I kind of world have liked slide outs and a bigger bathroom but I'm not sure how i works do driving buffet when I'm already pulling a lot of weight. Show less

For the money one pays for these units you would think the quality would be excellent. We bought this less than two years ago and have had it in for repairs five times. Drop down bunk Pins do not align, generator would not start, shades fell off, TV fell off the wall, propane gauges would not work, cabinet door warped and needed replaced, Grey and black tanks even though empty read 33% full at all times. I would never but a Thor product again and if I could get rid of this one and not lose my $$ on it i would. Show less

This is our 3rd purchase from Camping World, the first 2 were travel trailers and we have been pleased with them so we returned to Camping World to trade on a Class A to live in full time and travel. The first trip the door flew open on the interstate and would not secure; the handle broke off in my hand. When I called Thor Customer Service, even though, I explained the door would not remain shut and the handle broke off in my hand on a brand new unit, I was told I had to go to a dealership. Thus on a busy interstate, I tied a rope to secure as best I could and after finally arriving at the dealership, they could not repair the door either. Then the kitchen cabinet/countertop came loose from the side of the coach. Many other issues with the unit and after 3 purchases all Camping World will do is offer roughly 75 % of what I paid for it Brand New less than 2 months ago. The Thor representative openly admitted on the recorded message that they were aware of quality issues with their product and thus they offered a warranty but will do nothing other than have consumer return to the dealership for warranty work, worst experience ever. Hey, Thor, how about take safety and quality serious and have no tolerance for sub standard products and then you would have happy customers and they would buy repeatedly from you, example, RV buyers buy and upgrade several times, just like my wife and I, but never again from Thor or Camping World. Sad that Thor puts out such a poor product and cares nothing for the lives of their customers and Camping World is complicit with them. Show less

How can you build a $135,000.00 RV and have all these issues within first 18 months Delivered with missing lug nuts and center cap Kitchen cabinets obviously separating on slide out side Kitchen sink drain leaks on slide out Heater stopped working and all heat is forced to bed room only Electric water heater stopped working Front AC thermostat non op Driver side headlight assembly coming loose Passenger slide window extreme wind noise Turd grinder leaks and switch in restroom non op Co2 detector randomly goes off while driving I am surely forgetting something What a pos Is this normal. This RV drives great, I bought and installed a steering stabilizer to help with lane drift and big truck passing. The great thing we like about the rv is the large wall slide out, because it gives more room to move about while inside. No smoking or pets have been done in it. No accidents or any major repairs, but the wire to to slide out had to be replaced and now it works fine. The only reason we are selling it is because we are not using it as much as we thought we would. It needs to move and not sit still. I do start and move it once a month , also I start and run the generator for about five minutes each month. The batteries are new and kept up with my own solar panel. Everything works as it should with no problems. Show less

Really liked this RV. The full wall slide is wonderful. We had to put a steering stablizer and sway bars but after installing them it is great. Grandkids loved the outside kitchen. Could ride bikes and stop outside for a drink. Show less

We bought our RV in November 2018. My husband was retiring June 2019. This was to be our retirement pleasure to see the country. Big Purchase. We have had many issues, and was in the shop a lot! However, I have to be honest, Thor was awesome, responding quickly with the many issues we experienced. I cried a lot, was just very disappointing. But zthor was their to help, every time. This is an awesome RV. It is reliable, spotless, very roomy, and a joy to use and enjoy. We have had many makes and models over the years, and we can honestly say this is our favorite. We have never had to use the extended warranty or had any problems while owning it. I know if you see it you will feel the same. Watch the 20 minute video on utube with this year, make, and model and you will see the exact MH we have. It truly shows all of the unique features and abundant storage. A gem! Do not pass this one by!! Show less

It is our third motorhome and it is the perfect size. Love the full wall slideout. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen as much as we expected to but its a neat feature overall we have really liked the 29M and would highly recommend it Show less

NIGHTMARE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! We are experienced RV'ers wth 12 years of ownership of a Fleetwood Tioga. I wish I didn't get rid of my Fleetwood. We bought a 2017 Thor Hurricane 29M last July. In the 11 months of ownership, the coach has been in the shop for a cumulative of almost 4 months. We have put only about 2,500 miles on it. Our first punch list of items to be corrected had over 40 items. Thor's manufacturing has no process for quality assurance. There is no excuse for the amount of items wrong with our coach. Thor's factory workers are either lazy, don't care or are untrained. It is very unfair to the dealer to expect for them to "finish" the coach. Also, Thor doesn't pay the dealers fairly for the work they do. It is also horrible for Thor to expect the customer to spend so much time without access to the coach due to the time it has to spend at the dealer having repairs. The problems can be boiled down to poor connections, loose connections, crossed connections and general sloppiness. I would NOT buy another Thor coach. Unfortunately, I was told that my experience is not unusual. My Ford dealer told me that he'd never buy a new coach because it takes a year to work out the kinks. A $100,000 investment should NOT cause anxiety and distress like this has. I am extremely concerned about the fundamental quality and safety of my coach. In fact, It looks like they tried to make everything as cheaply as possible. I have no idea how it is going to last. Buying a new coach should be a joyful, happy experience. Once again, we are picking up the coach at the dealer. I pray it is finally right. Every time we have taken it out, we have had to return it to the dealer for more repairs. Many repairs have taken numerous attempts to fix. I am so terribly disappointed. On a positive note, the floor plan is great and the cabinets are beautiful and of good quality. I just wish the rest of the coach had been as nice as the cabinets and floor plan. Sincerely, Show less
