We bought this from General RV in Richmond, VA. Unfortunately, they didn't tell us that it had been in a major accident (roof and right side) and that during 2021, Thor was doing a horrendous job at building their motor homes. NOW, we have fixed everything other than that we can never get the Winegard Connect 2.0 to work! The videos from Thor are a joke and forget getting any kind of support. The same can be said for Winegard. Our BMPro Multiplex panel was a disaster until we took to an RV repair place and they told me over the phone to do an update. Three panels later and numerous calls to BMPro, all it took was an update! Now, we're again working on the Winegard and hopefully, we can get this figured out. Show less

Do not buy Thor Motor Coach . Mine has been in the shop for five months. It’s a 2025 Gemini trip. Everything was put together backwards. I’ve made five payments still not working. Jeremey that works at Thor is a liar. I got two 200 amp our batteries in my RV when I bought it. It’s the wrong brand so they don’t communicate. They ordered new batteries and he only ordered 100 amp our batteries. I straight up instructed him not to do this because I knew he was gonna do this and he wanted me to take it in and put those in there just to see if they work and then he could install more to make them equivalent to how I bought it. That didn’t sit well with me because I knew he was lying so when I said no, I will wait for the 200 amp power batteries he proceeded to say I’ll have to talk to your attorney. I can’t upgrade the batteries. I said it’s not upgrading. It’s how I bought it and yesterday you were saying, let’s just put these lower grade batteries in And then I’ll order more. What happened to that statement? Oh, he was lying. I had no intent in turning this in as a Lemon because it’s officially a Lemon thanks to his lies and manipulation. I would never wanna work with this company in the future. It would be very difficult to convince me to keep this and deal with Thor. Show less

Bought it and sold it two years later. Too many issues to even go into. The quality and craftmanship was horrible. We are done with anything made by this company and had nothing but problems. Stay away from anything made by Thor...... They provide nothing in guides when purchasing new. Learned mostly from the web about others experiences. Worst purchase of my life and done with RV's moving forward.... Show less

We are so disappointed. The floor plan seemed great, and it is easy to drive, but the build quality is absolutely abysmal. Everything rattles and shakes. Two parts fell off on the drive home. Things are mounted at angles, and pieces still fall off. The drawers all have splinters and were cut with the world's dullest saw. It has spent weeks in the shop for multiple warranty repairs. The pump was bad, the water system is awful, and there is no useful hot water. You can be off-grid for at most one night before you are out of water and power. So far this summer, only three camping trips, two with major problems, and three canceled while it waited for repairs. No jack, no spare, and an odd tire size meant a flat became a major issue. No storage for larger items -- two camp chairs barely fit. You can't get at most interior storage with the slide in, and you absolutely must be level to put the slide out. Avoid Thor. Show less

Ok, A note from the inside to all who would think about purchasing an RV of any kind. Every single manufacturer since covid 2019, has dropped quality control. There is absolutely none. No tests of any kind have been done. Trailers are coming missing parts, parts installed backwards, plumbing not done, electrical not hooked up and lots of damaged stuff. Oh and constant recalls. I even ruffled some feathers asking the manufacturer's where the quality went and why. I was promptly told to shut up to keep my job. This lack of quality control leaves all the dealerships to catch everything that should have been caught through quality control. The warranties deny as much as they can which will leave you very sore after spending 60k - 150k+ I have dealt with some very angry customers and completely understand where they are coming from but also have my hands tied with the manufacturers. I haven't seen any trailers since 2019 that didn't need an extensive amount of work straight from the manufacturer. Expect most of your RV adventures will be to the dealership for repairs. Unless you have expendable money I would never ever recommend an RV. Show less

i purchased this 2018 23tb in march of 2022. i see of alot of bad reviews on the 23tb but me and my wife love it. ideal for two people one draw back is bath shower little small. it has ford transit diesel and get about 16mpg. it drives like a dream and can park nearly anywhere. we have traveled 5k miles in it so far with very few issues. course all rvs have a few issues. if you cant fix minor problems you should not purchase a rv. Thor is absolute garbage with zero quality control. BEWARE BUYING THOR Anything from a 2018 gemini with 3k miles 1-rollers on slide miss aligned and rolling over rivits from factory 2-furnace gas line miss routed pinching off gas line 3-rollers mounting screws half way torqued and loose 4-misc bolts screws and debri left under slide 5-entertainment center fried after 3 uses 6-various fairings and interior covers not fastened or secure 8-electrical wires ziptied to disconnect when slide is extended Had the pleasure of hearing from another Thor gemini owner and same issues and more BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Show less

Bought this unit in June new. Nice layout, driving is excellent on the transit side, however, on the Thor side, the quality is bad. I have owned 15 or more units in the past and i would have to say Thor (this unit) is the worst. I could list all the problems with it, however i would get writers cramps. I have fixed all of it myself. The dealer that was supposed to have it ready for me must of fell asleep on the job. THOR! DO YOU THINK YOU COULD HAVE PUT A FRIDGE IN THIS UNIT WITH WITH A LIGHT? I have replaced every cuboard door, fixed water lines, glued and screwed fallen cuboards, I think i have a good unit now, but i would not recommend anyone to buy this unit unless you get a large discount. I paid 160 000 can. for it and its not worth 100k. Recommend Thor hire a new quality manager. Show less

This 2021 coach was built on a 2020 Ford Transit chassis. I understand it was built during "Covid"; however the lack of quality control was more than excessive. Everything creaked, rattled, and groaned. Lots of wiring left loose, improper fasteners, poor fit and finish, lots of screws force threaded, drawer latches improperly installed, couldn't fill the water tank, I could go on and on. Resulting from frustration, I wrote a letter to the CEO, I was contacted by someone in customer service, and it was arranged to fix the water fill issue, replace some defective caulking, and attempted to quiet the slide drive mechanism from rattling down the road. I went through everything in the coach myself, replaced most latches, an re-engineered the entire skylight assembly , now the coach goes down the road quietly. As for the chassis, I had the entire driveline replaced, and it still vibrated, and then removed and replaced again after a driveline balance. I installed fender liners with dyna mat sound proofing, and the road noise is lessened. I think Thor and Ford can make good products, but this was not one of them! Show less

The ford coach that it rests on is amazing. The Thor campa not so much. Many factory issues. Elec box cover not attached as cable wire and ground were looped over each other. Kitchen sink gurgles as vent was glued shut. Tub still gurgles when sink is draining. Multiple issues with battery system beeping. (Thank god for good sam techs.) Wall panel not attached above co alarm. Bed frame slats not installed properly esp. the one under my butt. The kitchen counter top and dinette covering is glued paper on a plastic base….really?? For $140k u can’t use something better than that. It’s already peeling and is 4 months old. An outlet behind the drivers seat was all afloat. Privacy curtain in the cab Velcro came off the first use. All the locks on the storage compartments were afloat/stuck. Inside drawer magnets fell off. When we first looked at the campa at the dealer the leveling jacks bar was sitting on the floor of the unit as we were told it fell off in transit. Yep. Shoulda known then it was shoddy workmanship. Overall very poor workmanship and even worse was the final inspection before it was sold. Thor should fire em all. Luckily I’m a fairly decent handyman and fixed many of the issues myself. The major ones with wiring, plumbing I’ve left for the warranty. Show less
