I purchased the unit new and it is absolutely beautiful, but has been leaking since I bought it. The first leak came from the front cap. There were 6 broken screws causing the seal to fail. Two months later it was leaking again. They discovered the overhead running lights were not cut properly and had to be sealed. During the summer I did not notice any leaks because of the dry heat, but when winter came it was leaking again. It seems the termination strip at the rear did not have the seal strip removed and the roof was cut too short causing the rear wall to separate. Thor refuses to address it because it is past the one year warranty, although I thought the structure had a 2 year warranty. They also say there is no evidence that I had the seals inspected, although the inspection does not involve removing components to inspect under seals. The estimate to repair is over $20,000. Very disappointed to have an RV with a price tag of almost $200,000 and you can't drive it in the rain without getting soaked.

SORRY. What was to be wounderfull turned nightmare. 3 years in first year in Camperworld that's a different review, and just when we thought we had somewhat put it behind us with 8 thousand miles and a run in with a possible bird, or just ruff roads in CA. our cab on class c ford super c has sepperated RV from CAB silicon and screw connected.
We are poor from paying Ins. extended warrantee ins. and failure of thor and there warrantees. camper worlds bad faith in repairs and holding RV long periods of time running out warranty of one year. leaving camaerworld and turning to private repair people just another
failure in service complaints with National General Ins. paying for bad repairs and leaving us with problems has been no help either. It is now back for problem and we are in need to deal with them again. We are hoping we won't need to stay home with reservation in Jan. and no help with payment for repairs. Thor, camperworld, National Ins. are all the same people I believe and hamper repairs and service of RVers all over. PS don't buy a RV in Texas it will become a sinking boat. Stewarts

If I could save 1 person from going through the nightmare we have, this review will be worth writing. Do not buy a Thor R.V. We bought this one brand new and have had so much trouble with it. Nothing has worked right from the beginning. It has been in the shop more than with us. We had to send it back to the Thor manufacturing facility for 3 months because it was sold to us unfinished. The outside structure cracked so they fixed it, and the day we got it back it cracked in the same places. It has a structural problem obviously. The levelers had to go back to the shop 4 different times. When we took it out for the first time it dumped hydrolic fluid all over the ground at a state park. Happened the second time we got it back as well. The shower leaked all over the floor in the living area the first shower we ever took. The radio system has gone out twice. The slides have broken 3 times. This is only a small part of the issues with ours. When you spend 150000 on something, you want to enjoy it. I would enjoy watching this thing go off a cliff somewhere.

This model was broke before it left the lot. 20 inch long air gap in door, shower leaks, levelers don't work, exterior cracks at corners of sleeper cab, screws missing all over, drawers and doors falling down, rear camera does not work, linoleum floor cut too short, under storage cabinets leak when raining, a/c does not cool enough so I needed to get a portable model, roof ladder keeps coming loose and screens fell out going down the road.... so far over 75 days in the out of service and broke again. Run away from Thor products !!
