We do travel a lot in our motorhome. Just got back from a 5000 trip around the Southwest. Recommend you get two A/c units. It hit 110 in Las Vegas and we stayed cool. When we got ours the Whirlpool fridge would not work, that took a few months working with Whirlpool to get a new fridge. So far four recalls from Ford. Big problem finding a Ford Dealer to work on our unit. Had to go through Ford, get a case number opened, then Ford talked a dealer a hour away to do the work. We bought it through Click It RV in Spokane. They have been super about responding to our needs. If you can rent the type of RV you would like to buy first. Show less

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS VAN, GARBAGE VAN. No issues with dodge portion. The thor part is all garbage. The interior floor is already peeling up. 1. You can't run the interior A/C while the van is driving! Yea so if the van's a/c won't reach the back oh well! 2. Ran the shower 3 times and the ceiling started caving in 3. You can't drive above 70 mph; because the awning thay comes attached will start to rattle and has fine print that says if it falls off it's on you not any warranty. 4. The bathroom doors while you drive won't stay closed so they bang around. 5.the cabinets above the sleeping area won't stay closed while driving. So you can't store anything above you. 6. Honestly there is too much to write I Purchased my van in Florida on a deal for 80k. Before driving back to Georgia the kept cutting off. I turned into the first gas station I could find. I looked under the van and wiring running from the battery's to the motor were hanging so low that the cables were worn to open copper. A nice man helped me cover the wiring and re arange the wiring.
