We duct taped over it and it stopped, so we know this is the problem. Molding trim on the outside flew off while driving down the road. Poor quality for sure.

Thor has many manufacturers defects overall. And the 23U with corner bed is terrible. But my fault for purchasing it. The Ford 450 is fabulous. The dually tire stems were missing so I had to take it to a tire shop for air and extenders. That could have been dangerous on the open road. I’m...read more

The dually tire stems were missing so I had to take it to a tire shop for air and extenders. That could have been dangerous on the open road. I’m ready to trade it after only 15 months.

Unit was delivered with 23 defects including four leaks (most frustrating), non-retracting electric awning, mis-wired remote door lock, mis-wired and improperly assembled TV antenna, split wood from drawer catches, loose flooring, trim separating, copper propane line rubbing a sharp edge and many others. Probably did not see QC at all.
I repaired all except one defect. Compared to Winnebago, previously owned new, this coach is a quality nightmare.
Dealer wasn't too helpful, but is that a surprise?
