We have had this NEW RV in to be fixed 4 times now. Dealer has been great to help us. But Thor basically told me "anything new you buy has issues to be worked out" and we didn't need the "dead TV" to camp. We didn't need warped panels, a leaking kitchen sink into the drawers, water running down the hallway, a glass panel falling out and various other issues either! I would never buy another Thor RV. We lost our first outing and the money because our slideout didn't work! I am very unhappy with this company and DO NOT recommend you buy Thor. Show less

Have had since new many trips to Branson. Grandkids are getting older and not interested in camping any longer. Grandpa is also getting older and would prefer a motel room drives nice and smooth, is powerful going up hills, passing other vehicles Show less

The problems started from the time we got on the highway and continued until we arrived home with the slide partially out. Windows rattled, the sliding can shelf came in and out, the pocket doors to bedroom slid back and forth and banged into tv damaging both, the ride was noisy so turned off the radio, the jacks failed to retract, the engine would not turn over, the windshield wipers would not work. No response from Thor when we called for advice for jacks, engine and wipers in order to get to service garage. No response to emails nor phone calls once home. Will NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE FROM THOR!!!!! Show less
