We have had our rv for 2 months and during this time we have been in contact with our dealer as well as Thor regarding several issues. Our calls are not returned by either party. At this point we feel we are on our own to take care of any problem that comes up. I urge everyone who is considering buying a rv be sure you want to deal with this matter yourself because you will not receive any support from the company. Find another way to spend your hard earned money.
