Bought new at Camping World in Alcoa, TN. Hot water heater never worked right after 3 fixes. Interior wall panels came lose. Floor has a stain that will not come off. Sink drain will not drain. Cold/ warm air comes in around rear slide out. Rain water leaks in around rear slide out. Wanders when highway driving . Gets about 8mpg . TV antenna blew off . Sales people were superior. Service non existent. Took to Buddy Gregg RV and they fixed most that I could not do. Stain still there. Be prepared to address issues if you buy a Thor. Show less

We are first time RV owners on our first trip the mud flaps fell off also the shower rod for the door also fell off. This year on our trip the hot water board went out while on the road since we had a deadline we could not wait for 2 days in Iowa for warranty approval so we had to pay for the repair out of pocket the board that the facility replaced it with was a used test board we were told that it should last for our trip duration but we should contact thor for areplacment. When I contacted thor and told them about the problem their answer was so what do you want us to do. I ask them to cover the warranty and replace the board they stated that they would not cover it.T his will be the last thor product I will ever buy next time I will shop other brands. My advice is to stay away from THOR if you want quality and good customer service. Show less

Hot water board went out while on the road it is under warranty had to pay repair out of pocket thor refuses to make good on warranty. First one I ever had will not purchase another when ready to trade in. Show less
