The lemon hasn't had working hot water. No hot water being produced by the AquaHot system for nearly 1 year. The Firefly readout says that it's working and status is "OK". There are no system faults. It was in the repair shop at Lazy Days of Wilmington, Ohio for 3 months. They couldn't fix it. I drove it back to the Thor factory repair, where the lemon was made, in Wakarusa, Indiana and they had it for two weeks. This is all warranty work. They stated on the work order that the hot water system was "On" for 2 days so no repair was needed. The only problem, still no hot water is being made. They were too incompetent to actually turn the water on to see if it was getting hot. Show less

Love it! Purchased new in June 2019. Had a few minor problems like drawers opening while driving. Leak under sink and bad propane tank regulator which was probably bad at installation. All repaired with no questions. Warranty. We have 7000 miles on coach, more if we didn’t have this stay at home order from the Governor. Can’t wait to get back on the road. This coach drives like a dream. Show less

Purchased new in June 2019. Love it. We have 7000 miles as of writing review. Had a few minor problems as most new motorcoach’s have. Trim, drawer fit, faucet leak, and sensor fell off the electric toilet. All repaired to our satisfaction. Can’t wait to take off again, but this Corona 19 virus has us staying home in Illinois. The floor plan is the best and we have all the luxury of coach’s costing much more. Highly recommend this coach. Show less

7 times in shop just for leaks in storage compartments,not fixed yet. 21 other problems have been taken care of. my opinion-don't buy a thor product.other problems include -power steering bad had to replace after 200 miles or less gear box -bad also paint defects back splash in kitchen fell of wall while driving heater vents not installed properly Show less

Purchased brand new Aria 4000. It had numerous defects and still sitting in shop 3 months later. Lost my money, my summer and it keeps getting worse. Bought at Camping World and they have been horrible, 852 BBB complaints from this Myrtle Beach location in last 3 years. One star rating. Thor informed me that they "fully expect their motor homes to have plumbing fall out, trim fall off and numerous other problems when it goes bouncing down the road 200 miles from the factory" They said it was not their job to do quality control, it was the dealer's job to rebuild it before selling to a consumer. They explained that they have no warranty on new motor homes and good luck suing them, because essentially that is the threat from everyone that buys one. Thor should be out of business. The good news is that the word is getting out and reputable dealers are dropping them. Their sock value is down about 70% in the last 18 months so hopefully they will be gone soon. I was told by a large National reputable dealer that even though my Thor is brand new, they would wholesale it if I traded it. They were a Thor dealer and experienced so many problems that they will no longer sell one to a consumer. Show less
