We purchased our 2022 Freedom Elite new from the dealer in Fort Myers. The purchase experience was awful, and the service department was twice as awful. The nightmares started when about a year into owning of this RV, we started dealing with leaks in the front portion over the Ford cockpit. Took the vehicle in and after a month sitting at the dealership, I picked up the vehicle and took it home. A few months later, we had a heavy down pour and when I went to inspect the vehicle after the rains stopped, the entire headliner, dash, driver's and passenger seat were flood. In fact, the radio was damaged from water intrusion. Took the vehicle back in and now it sat for 3 months. I personally showed them where the water intrusion was located and they confirmed the location of the problem. After picking up the vehicle, on the way back home, a two-hour drive, it was raining and to my surprise, I looked up and the headliner was getting wet. As soon as I arrived home, I striped the head liner off and notice the BS repair the dealer made. It was a worthless attempt done by apparently an amateur. I set to dehumidifiers in the cabin and that weekend; I put a new seal between the Ford cabin roof cut out and the underside of the bunk head where they join. I caulk the inside and outside of the roof cutout and added a second black rubber seal on the outside of the roof cutout. I have to say, it looks nicer that the garbage vinyl seals the factory uses. It's been a year and that was the last she ever leaked. The leaks are inherited due to poor quality, lack of workmanship and design issues, which could be easily corrected but apparently not a concern for the manufacturer as their warranty protects them from water leaks. There are 3 main leak points on the Freedom Elite. The first one is the 5 LED marker lights across the roof above the bunk head fiberglass cap. These LEDs each fit into a hole in the roof. The LED's have a rubber O-ring that is supposed to prevent water intrusion. Unfortunately, the O-rings rot from exposure to the sun and rain over time and the water enters into the front portion of the bunk bed extension behind the inner wall and works its way down the left and right bulk heads just behind the driver and passenger doors. Mold build up will be heavy and will require immediate attention. The second point of intrusion are the front left and right aluminum moldings that join the side walls to the fiberglass hood of the bunk head. Under the vinyl molding insert that covers the aluminum molding, there are self-tapping screws the Mfg. secures the molding down to the wood / aluminum super structure. We removed the vinyl molding insert and found more than half of the screws were heavily rusted and there were no caulking or seals before the screws were driven down. We even found holes with no screws. This is just lack of quality control and interest in providing the finished product. As for the 3rd issue, the rubber seal around the roof cutout of the cab as mentioned seems to be a popular problem that I have run into with other owners of the Thor product. Show less

I've been full time in this RV for 18 months and I tow a Chevy Colorado with a motorcycle in the back. The Ford powertrain is great with plenty of power and no issues. Currently 25k on the motor. The motorhome part has had zero issues that were the result of poor workmanship. Some just have more problems. I got lucky. The floorplan really works as an office as well since I wfh. Show less

This motor coach is amazing when traveling. Sleeps 2 comfortably and great on gas. 10 out of 10 recommend. Has TV generator satellite microwave stove top refrigerator shower and toilet. Tows with ease. Cabinets are spacious with outlets throughout Show less

Pitiful from the start. Your cheap components and towing are bad. Lucky we didn't have any accidents with the compromise of the tow ability as the metal stressed and failed . now we are driving tow jeep and RV on 12k summer trip. Cheaply made interior. Screws too short, laminate coming off and the list goes on and on. My hubby is on his game and his mcgiver at fixing things. Saved our bacon so many times. I would never recommend this RV to anyone and the dealership is pitiful as well. Glad we are safe. Be aware everyone... Even though much research went into this RV purchase we were fooled. We have owned our 20k for almost three years now and have had very little issue with it. We absolutely love everything about it from the many drawers and cabinets to the rather large refrigerator to the great bed size. Getting ready for the day is a breeze with the wet bath and front table. We have worked with Thor in the past and believe you get from any customer service person what you give and had a great experience. Show less

Thor RV are terrible workmen ship, brought one brand new for retirement travel spent 92,000. nothing inside worked appliances, generator, missing screws, bolts to stairs. In for warranty work after one trip and from then on in and out of warranty for repairs where take for every to get Thor to approve anything, bottom line everything had to be fixed over and over, leaks from shower, tiolet, water pump. Generator never worked, had to be replaced. It a money pit don't buy anything made by Thor!!!!!!!! I finally sold it but had to eat 30,000. RV drops 36 percent in value when you pull off lot. Dont' buy new buy used, at least most of the stuff will work. Show less

The Thor Sequence is a great vehicle and is very versatile. Unfortunately, the quality of the unit is less than desirable. The Good: The unit is quiet going down the road and has all the amenities that you could ask for. For two people it is a great unit and has plenty of storage space for a class B motorhome. The layout is very nice and is open and bright. Lighting is great and having the moble phone app use to control everything is a luxury. The Bad: The quality of workmanship in constructing the coach is poor at best. We had a major water leak in a rainstorm due to a badly installed vent. The gas system failed due to lines not installed correctly. Cabinets needed doors adjusted and drawers need to be adjusted to work correctly. The Lithium batteries died within the first two years and now Thor has no available replacement. Overall: While we love the layout and size of the coach, we wish it had been put together better with better quality parts. Show less

brought lc 22 thor quantum brand new 90,000 . Nothing worked appliances, phone chargers, generator. Took one trip had to go into to service warranty work, Thor warranty service is absolutely the worst ever. Give you the run around for days, wont fix nothing say its customers fault wear and tear, seriously, brand new vehicle. Takes 3 months to get warranty service approved, 1st trip and back to service, dash board not connected, camaras, dont work, cabinet doors won't stay closed,screws missing every where. 2nd trip leaks, shower, tiolet, water pump stop working, running boards missing screws, wires hanging undercarriage, cargo storage not attached fell off during trip, the more trips the more things were noticed Show less

Overall happy with the Thor Axis 24.1 and think the floor plan is excellent. One improvement is to rethink the bathroom in order to enlarge the shower stall. I have had very few issues with the RV and only one warranty repair which was covered and easily repaired. Anytime I have called Thor technical support I have received excellent service and advice. The suspension and drivability is not very good. Thor should consider beefing up the shocks, leaf springs and adding a steering bar. Yea, this would add cost, so make it optional, but doing these upgrades afterwards is more costly and time consuming.. Show less

Great RV. Completely automated in every way. Slides and lights, generator, air, conditioner, water pump, everything can be controlled by remote access on your phone. Two air conditioners, exceptional storage space. Washer and dryer. Inside luxury. Show less
