I would like to start off saying we looked at alot of TT and winabago was on the top of the list. We have a 2020 2108ds. And we do love the floor plan. It's very easy to tow that is something we love about it. We got it right off the lot. It was over 30,000. We have had it 14 months and it's been in the shop for about 8 months of that time. Now to the sad part. The hot water heater messed up two times. The refrigerator went out so had to be in shop forever for that replacement . I do understand winabago orders them from other companies. But still it's in your product. Now here is the worst part all the plumbing in the TT has leaked. The plumbing was half way put together the parts used was not even the the right fitting for the pipes. We had to go out and buy a tool that was over 60$ just to try and fix it. up under the sinks is saw dust. Evertime we move it we have saw dust all over the place. We had to replace the out door shower hose and fitting it broke. So what was supposed to be a fun happy time we just retired has turned into crap. We can't injoy going out in it because something happens. So far everytime. I feel like we way overpaid for this. We could have payed a lot less and got the same results. This thing was just thrown together. With no pride of workmanship. We are very disappointed and feel like the winabago name is not what it used to be. Thank you for your time. Bought our first camping trailer and couldn’t be more pleased. I was afraid to tow a trailer but it handles really well on the highway, especially with empty tanks. It turns into tight campgrounds and parking lots easily, and fits on my driveway. I’m happy to compromise on the floor space for these reasons. It has all the features you need and is very versatile. I absolutely love it. We are newly retired and can manage it easily. My daughter, granddaughter and I can manage it without a man’s strength too. Every detail is well thought out and every inch of space is well used.

Top dollar, bottom quality. Bought this "lightly" used from a reputable dealer. We have used it twice, pulled it maybe 500 km on good highways. Found screws poking through the shell, compromising envelope. No help from factory as of yet. Seals on doors are poor; discovered water damage to particle board in outdoor kitchen. Also, found the nailing that attaches the ribs that support the closet floor above the outdoor kitchen have pulled out, certainly not due to overloading the closet floor above it. It seems like every time you look at it, you find something else wrong. Not impressed. Top dollar, bottom quality.

Ours is a 2020 model. While we enjoy the vehicle the overall workmanship is poor. Wall coverings peeling, fixtures in bathroom have fallen off, latches in pocket doors coming off. The biggest issue, and the reason I am writing this review, is the gas stove not lighting. We have taken it back to dealership 3 times for this issue. It lights at home and at the dealership but we take it camping and it will not light. Dealership acts like we are foolish. Thank goodness, my husband called the mobile RV repair. The problem is when the slide is out it crimps the gas line. Thank goodness for critical thinking mobile RV repair. Three trips to the dealership, disrespect, and snickering at Miles Motors, Miles of Smiles RV in Asheville NC. Problem solved and we are happy with the great service from Justin at mobile RV Worx in Asheville NC 828-707-2681, in Asheville

My coach as been in for repair four times. All four times it has not been completed. We still have many of the same issues from when we purchased it. Now, due to the poor quality and construction of our Winnebago we need to have the roof entirely replace, cabinets are falling apart, the slide out has extreme leaks when it rains, tools are still missing, the refrigerator needed to be repaired, the flush out for the black tank does not work, the wall in the bathroom had to be replaced, the sliding door to the bedroom broke off, the batteries that came with the coach never held a charge, the outside refrigerator does not work, the rear a/c needs to be replaced, and I could go on and on. The biggest waste of our money and time. DO NOT buy Winnebago! 90% of the time I have to follow up on the progress of our coach. I think you need more reps. Over all a POOR experience and extremely frustrating. I just wish we could get our money back so we could buy a quality coach but I'm sure Winnebago have any interest in making this happen.

Update (the only other review for this product). Less than 6 months in, I have a camper I can't even use. It started with a sewer valve that wouldn't close (a piece of construction debris came out of the black tank). It's been downhill ever since. It's currently pending repair for the water heater (dead), refrigerator (dead), back window seal (fell off), and door lock (the door unlocks itself and opens in transit) - again, only 4 months in. :/
