Bought a 2019 Freedom Elite 24 FE Sprinter-Mercedes Engine was great, but Thor cabin was horrible. Quality and workmanship of the cabinets, slides on doors, wiring under dinnette found wadded up in bag, kitchen plumbing leaked, ceiling fans went out first year. Traded it in after four years and numerous repairs. Would not own another rv with construction by Thor. Show less

I think it was well built. For the buyer price point. 22inch rims, good handling,.big v10 Love to find ways to reduce sound of said v10. Gotta be ways. Should come standard with liquid suspension. Overall its been a great unit so far. Show less

New to the sport like many - we combed youtube to find an affordable motorhome for 2 adults and small dog- We got a great deal on 2019 with 7k miles for 50k - Pros Its been solid for a year - great driving- Everything works , easy to operate and we pull a trailer with scooter-good mileage 10mpg Bath is great - slideout great - awning great- Cons - Dining thing - no bueno- better to get rid and get chairs or couch - we made a daybed out of it With a few pillows - we can layback and watch tv and eat outside Ac is loud- no thermostat , just on uni Radio / setup/ electronic setup is awlful. Thor will not do anything about a factory defect. Our Hurricane motor coach got a soft spot on the floor near the stove. We had a Thor repair shop check it out. They discovered that the original factory drilled a hole in the drain line behind the outside TV when wiring it. Therefore it had been leaking without our knowledge whenever we emptied the sink full or washed clothes. No water ran into the inside floor. However the leak has ruined the floor on the slide out. A cost of $15,000.00 according to the repair shop. We contacted Thor customer service and explained the situation and they refused to do anything about it even though it was their original factory defect. Their warranty has expired so they do not care about customer service. I will never buy another Thor product and I would advise anyone else not to buy a Thor also. Show less

We have 78,000 miles on this coach and love the Floorplan, amount of storage, drive ability, towing. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 big dogs. As with most RVs the road wear is starting to show, things are loosening up but only 2 drawer keepers have broken. Fridge has popped out a bit and the igniter freezers often. The fridge has trouble staying lit on propane which is a common problem in RVs. We love thw small size that doesn't feel small. Full bathroom with a large shower and you don't have to pick the bed up to get to the bathroom! Show less

My family and I absolutely love this RV. It packs so much for the value. It truly is a home away from home. It operates smoothly, has every amenity that we enjoy in a home from heat, to a/c, to a full fridge, TVs, Oven, Stove, Microwave, and even a hot water tank. My wife and I love that it comes with a King Bed too! Set up and use is easy. The control panel is so easy to use and learn. The best part is that I can control everything in the RV from an app on my phone! Just amazing what Thor has done. I would buy another Thor RV again and again! Show less

Brought this RV new. Liked the layout. We have less than 5,600 miles and owned for 3 years. RV has left us stranded on the road twice with electrical issues and broken hydraulic lines. Just replaced the cabin batteries now. Thor & Good Sam do not stand by their customers. You are basically on your own when you drive off the lot. Would not recommend either of these companies to anyone. Very disappointed. Show less

Liked the floor plan the charging ports for phones was thoughtfully done. The plumbing was a disaster. The shower plumbing failed. The kitchen plumbing failed the sani flush plumbing leaked didn't know until it got really bad that ruined the floor now needs $15000 repair be cause of the combination of poor plumbing and press board floor. In 3 years the cabinets are falling apart. Oh the microwave was falling out it was never supported properly. I am surprised by what they can get away with. The floor is becoming a safety issue maybe I should contact the DOT safety. Show less
