BEWARE! When I contacted the owner Debbie we were on the phone for at least an hour going over all the pertinent info about this coach, she had mentioned there was a water leak at the inside cockpit area ( "a drip with a hard rain ) she had stated to me she had two people come look at it one that flew across country. The first one was bying it but his loan fell through the second from California that saw the drip and left. she dropped the price to 40,000.00 ( that should have rang the bell!). My wife and I drove from Atlanta to her location 600 miles one way when we arrived first thing the right side of the coach needs repainted, the entry steps noticed a foul smell and mold once in the front noticed severe water damage molding falling off at the slide out .Very foul smell of mold! she stated her 77 yr old husband has performed all the maintenance stopped there and wasn't even going to go for the engine or gen set, we quickly exited the coach for health reasons and she knew how far we drove and with our three dogs and failed to mention all this and her pics on this ad are very misleading she carefully left out the bad stuff.
