This is our first class C RV and we are delighted with the use of space. The cabinet space is more than we need and the generator really helps when we boondock. I added an extra battery for a 200 AH system and it works great. We were nervous at first because of a faulty window shade but the dealer corrected it without charge. We have 4 camping trips under our belt and are ready for much more. It gets about 9 mpg on a ford E350 chassis but with the 55 gallon gas tank we get lots of miles on a full tank! Show less

Looks great Have issues called factory they asked for my vin number said I would hear from somebody within 24/72 hrs still haven’t received a call text anything from them for a company who has a a policy of customer satisfaction built buy a team of quality work force and they care haven’t seen that yet from this company I’ve had a lot of Rv and this is the most disappointing Rv I’ve owned Back in the day fit finish was out of this world I think jaycoe needs to Shake things up in the QC department as it seems they don’t do their job to the standards the company was built on Show less

This is the poorest quality I have ever seen in my life . I am the second owner of a barely used coach with only 18k miles. Grey water drain does not line up with the access hole underneath, making it impossible to connect. Restroom sink hooks into black tank, making teeth brushing a real appetizer. No spare tire??? I thought I got a real good price, but ended up out of pocket for ridiculous repairs due to zero quality control. Take my advice and stay away from this company. Show less

Having lighted storage compartments washreat for finding stuff when arriving late night at camping sites. Great camping anywhere with the dual maintenance free batteries and generator that lasted many days and very quiet.loved automatic overhead cabin bed for guests up to 300 lbs.plenty of room with slide outs for captains recliners to open to relax to read book, check phone or watch TV. The Coach House Platinum 261XL has been great for us (family of 3). We have owned it for 11 years and the coach looks new, inside and out. The single shell fiberglass construction provides a quite ride on the road and the paint scheme on the outside still looks new. Show less

Smooth ride due to air ride suspension No problems with it i bought it used. Now it is 15 years old and still going strong i would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a diesel pusher. Only draw back is it only sleeps 4 but that is enough for what we use it for Show less

I've been full time in this RV for 18 months and I tow a Chevy Colorado with a motorcycle in the back. The Ford powertrain is great with plenty of power and no issues. Currently 25k on the motor. The motorhome part has had zero issues that were the result of poor workmanship. Some just have more problems. I got lucky. The floorplan really works as an office as well since I wfh. Show less
