NEVER BUY A FOREST RIVER PRODUCT. The fifth wheel Has been nothing but an issue since we bought it. The quality control is non-existent from the factory. A seal on the main slide was missing from the factory-something a customer would never realize wasn’t there and missed by the dealership as well. The Rogue Vengeance developed a leak along the slide by the floor and then rotted the floor. Forest River claims it was our responsibility to do every 3 month maintenance and should have caught it. How would we catch it as the leak was under the vinyl and didn’t show up until the vinyl developed bubbles?! What a joke their products are-poorly built and what good did an extended warranty do us? They push that at customers when you buy and it’s a total waste of money. Junk junk junk products and awful customer service as well. They DON’T care about you after you sign your name-they only want your money. Totally disgusting company.

Very easy to pull, we pull either 2025 ford f350 srw without any issues. The living area is great for max 4 people otherwise it gets tight in living area. But can accommodate more. Master bedroom is great with full bath and connecting door. Garage is large and can hayle a Polaris pro r or Polaris xpedition. Bed in garage is excellent feature for guests. Bathroom in garage has a shower/toilet combined (small but functional). Kitchen is nice and functional. Self leveling system works great. 1 year of traveling to camp sights with full hookups and bun docking with zero issues. Generator is a little loud in bedroom but gives white noice for sleep. Very happy with the camper.

We have owned ours for almost 2 years. I would live in this thing if my husband would allow us - lol! Very spacious, great storage, and love the garage with the 1/2 bath. We have camped in different areas and it was great to easily unload our golf cart from the garage compared to out of the back of the truck. The indoor/outdoor sound system really kicks. The larger size refridgerater is super nice for long trips!

The Rogue Armored Toy Hauler is an awesome RV for those looking to have all the comforts of home, including a garage for your toys, while traveling. This is a large RV with plenty of space and sleeping spots for several adults. We have had up to 8 adults live comfortably for extended periods while traveling. 2 bathrooms, one main and one half, offer convenience. The trailer has many options including outdoor kitchen area, 2 slide outs, full size refrigerator, 5500 onboard generator with remote start button, gas tank with nozzle for fueling your toys and running the generator, large rear door that also acts as a patio area with metal railing system, dual bunks in rear area with another separate kids bunk, washer/dryer hookups, outside hose connections for washing the mud off you and your toys and much more.

I have owned this motorhome since I bought it new in 2019. I have driven it from Seattle to Disney World, and to the national parks of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and many places in between. I have 37k miles on it and have lived in it since shortly after I bought it. As far as manufacturing and assembly, all the important pieces work well except for the refrigerator. When it was a few months old, we had a torrential rainstorm in Salt Lake City and the refrigerator outside panel was not installed properly. As a result water poured into the refrigerator workings and it was damaged. After warranty repair, it works acceptably but ice cream will get a little soft in very hot weather. Other than that, a few small trim pieces in the coach were not installed correctly. I have had no other issues with the generator, the furnace, the two wonderful air conditioners, and the three TV's which are Furion. They have excellent pictures and one is very large. I tow a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk behind it and it does fine. I have had no suspension work on it and I find it very controllable. The only time I get white knuckles is when I am going over a narrow bridge with opposing traffic. The motorhome is wider than some of the lanes on county roads and it is tight on some state highways. I read about people who have all kinds of trouble but I think it is just like buying anything, some people are not lucky, and some people are. I replaced the king mattress that came with it with a memory cell mattress, and I sleep very well in it. I have two big dogs, and they have plenty of room to stretch out. I love my FR3 and it works great as a home I can go almost anywhere in. I would highly recommend it for its relatively low price and its reliability, as well as its comfort.

I contacted Forest River Customer Service for an issue we have with our camper (2019 Vengeance 348A13) and was advised to email pictures to them. We had a water leak develop in a closet in December of 2021. After checking and recaulking the roof area, outside lights and windows, the leak was still there. We called an RV technician to help identify the problem. After removing the front AC unit, the technician found a tear in roofing membrane and obvious signs of water damage. The area was cleaned, sealed with roofing tape and the AC was reinstalled. At this time, I have spent $258 out of pocket for a repair to something that should have never happened. It is obvious that this tear happened during the manufacturing process. We also have a soft spot on the roof area. I asked Forest River if they could help us with repairing the roof members that were starting to rot and install the roof membrane properly. I was told that our camper was no longer under warranty and that the leak was caused by not maintaining the roof properly. I have applied leveling sealant in all areas that I could reach with a caulking gun. I was also told by Forest River that because I didn’t caulk around the AC, that the leak was my fault. I researched caulking around the AC and couldn’t find very much info. Since the AC has a gasket that is compressed when tightened and access would be impossible without removing the AC, I feel like Forest River was telling me to caulk, just to pass blame on me and not accept the fact that their poor manufacturing process is the root cause for our leak. I will never buy a Forest River product again.

Overall we like the RV, but it lacks in a lot of areas. HVAC system is way inadequate, and the rearac continuously freezes up, and the RV dealer says 3 to 6 months wait time for repairs. The heater alone is in able to heat the trailer, and when running the fireplace , it will warm the main room enough to keep the furnace from coming on , causing water lines to freeze. The water lines themselves , hook ups are in protected from weather and fragile, with a vent letting cool air in, hot water heater inadequate,5min. Showers. The master bathroom, shower leaks through the shower door and walls, the wet room in the garage, faucet keeps breaking, absolutely no insulation in toy compartment, main living area, recliner quit working after a few months,no kitchenette/table, cabinets are perfect for 8 foot tall people, my wife is 5'8", I'm 5'10", my son is 6'. We all have to utilize a step stool to reach the upper cabinets. The sink is huge, but only one single tub. Not a big fan of the awnings, can't learn them down or out enough to get shade, the front entrance steps collect tons of debris under them that is extremely hard to get clean.finally the auto leveling system, you have to have the RV setting pretty damn level to begin with or you will be adjusting blocks/Legos for hours just to get set up . only positive things I can say after having it a year is, it's still a pretty camper , there's no soft spots in floors, and the roof doesn't leak, but all windows, doors, and slides have a constant year round breeze.

Bought 2018 toy hauler new and have been traveling with it since purchased. It is our second FR trailer and have enjoyed them both. Recently it developed 2 tears in the soft roof and entire roof is bubbled. It was never wrecked or abused in any way. FR will not cover the roof even though it has a 10-12 yr warranty. Personally spoke to the manufacturer and was told the seal had a leak in it. It is obvious the adhesive left loose and is developing tears. Obtained an estimate for new roof of $6K to replace it. Very disappointed

So our RV is a 2020 on a 2016 frame. I won't buy any other product than a Forest River Product. The 13 foot garage makes use for an office, pantry, extra closet and chest freezer when staying a place for up to a year. Theater seating with fire place and entertainment center making movie watching enjoyable. The loft above make for extra storage when you don't have the grandchildren with.
