The refuse to fix water leaks cracked fiberglass rust on bumpers sinks and showers this is total junk. The shower has leaked causing to floor and linoleum to heave the front fiberglass leaks causing roof to hang down. Never buy this junk bad warranty repair they refuse to stand behind the closet door fell off hinges on way home Show less

Good day fellow RVers! We are the proud owners of a Riverstone 39RKFB fifth wheel. Unfortunately last fall we noticed we had a sidewall delamination issue. Our local best ever Riverstone dealer where hopeful they could remedy the issue but upon a up close inspection we where informed that it was more involved than they had hoped and it quickly became apparent that the only place for it to go was back to the factory some 1600 miles from our location. Once I made a connection with various Forest River reps then given direct contact with the representative in the service department in Topeka Indiana the process was full speed ahead. Long story short they simply could not have been better in any way to deal with and quickly took care of our issues under warranty. THANKU all!!!! Show less

We bought new from dealer about 200 miles from our house, big mistake. Terrible to get anything done. Between the lying from the dealer and the poor workmanship of the dealer it was bad enough that we did the small stuff ourselves. As for the trailer it’s self, we love it. The biggest problem we have with it and the factory said it’s the way it’s supposed to be is, it is the worst insulated trailer that we have ever owned. Factory build sheet says R38 in the floor and ceiling. We had to remove some of the underbelly, to our surprise the insulation is no more than 1 1/2" thick in places and was missing about 2ft all together. Started looking at the rest of the coach, no wonder we can’t stay warm. Factory said out of warranty don’t care. Called the factory, was told this straight from the horses mouth. Based off my production manager's and what he stated, the correct insulation is installed. R-7 is used in the floor, based off what he stated. There can be different thickness measurements. It was built during the pandemic, so everything that could go wrong did. 3 of the 5 slides were bad, the refrigerator doors wouldn't open all the way, the custom Morryde independent suspension was installed incorrectly and almost caused a catastrophic failure, (I'm still dealing with the problem now 2.5 years later) awnings installed wrong, shower walls delaminated, tank sensors replaced and still don't work, etc. The manuals and other would be helpful paperwork was virtually worthless. I asked for a schematic of the plumbing and the manufacturer stated they don't have one. The electrical system Is designed to work as the coach is delivered so if you want to install a good solar unit it's very difficult. Riverstone doesn't offer a good solar unit. As an example of the warranty service... When I discovered that the refrigerator doors would not open all the way because the cabinet was blocking them the response from the dealer was, "WELL THAT'S NOT UNDER WARRANTY" Now for the good news. Recently I ran into a couple that had a 2024 Riverstone Legacy and they stated that they had the coach for about 4 months and NOTHING was wrong. They have been living in it and found everything worked as it should. Therefore, I put my nightmare experience down to Covid. Show less

This is the best RV out here for full timers. Quality is great and no issues. We work remotely in this and have had a great time. This 2022 Riverstone Legacy “Luxury Package” 42FSKG is a 44'10” Fifth-Wheel Toy Hauler up for sale. This has been the home to my wife and I for 2 years and are now executing our exit plan by moving into a sticks and bricks in Massachusetts. This RV is ready now. I have kept very good care of this RV and have used “RVLife Pro – Maintenance” to document my maintenance. I can provide printout if desired. This RV was purchased at Bills Happy Camper, which if you have a Riverstone you know who they are and their great reputation. We have traveled 13000 miles while working remotely since June 0f 2022. Awesome for full time living. If you are looking to go fulltime RVing, then this is what you want. All the amenities and bells and whistles. Pulls great and the storage is second to none, room to carry everything we need without filling the truck up. Love it. Show less

This RV is perfect for full time rving or taking for a great summer vocation. It sleeps 4 and can carry a small razor side by side, motorcycle, dirt bikes, mini quad, golf cart and much more. Must see to appreciate! There’s a big screen tv with great speakers outside for entertaining and 2 tvs inside. The tankless water heater is awesome, you never run out of hot water!! Show less

We really like best Riverstone legacy but big problems came up the whole coach started delaminating. For $150,000 you think Forest River would cover this but that's a no. You have no choice but to get rid of the coach and hand that problem off to somebody else. I will never buy a Forest River product again Show less

you need to think long and hard before you buy one of these fifth wheels . We purchased ours 10 months ago and has been in the repair shop 8 of those months . It is currently still in the repair shop . Where do I start ? We have already gone through the second entry door now trying to get it replaced for the third time , the second door started coming apart four hours after leaving the dealership with it. The so called mac daddy water heater is absolute junk , cant even get a Luke warm shower. second trip about this problem . had to put our vacation off a second time because of repairs . finally left on our 4 week trip after camper was supposed to be fixed . stopped for the evening and within 4 hours the door began separating and would not close again . When we got ready to shower the hot water still does not work after being told it was repaired . 102 degrees is the hottest it would get . We gave up and got ready to roll up and now the bedroom slide will not come in , Its broken , It took 4 people and several hours to finally get it back inside the camper . We threw in the towel. I'm so disgusted in this outrageously priced camper I'm going Monday morning to talk to an attorney and make them give me my money back Show less

This is a beautiful RV! We loved camping in it. Has a great floor plan and lots of counter space especially around the cook top. It feels like a home inside with all the amenities. It is nicer than my sticks and brick. Great for anyone that does not want to give up many luxuries of home or wants to full time Show less
