I purchased a 2021 Prime Time Avenger 28REI., from White Sands RV, in Robertsdale, AL. They delivered it to my lot in Elberta, Al. on Friday, that night my pipes under the bathroom room sink started leaking, Saturday morning when we woke up, I went outside and saw water running on the outside of the trailer. I called White Sands and they told me they couldn't get out here until Monday.! So had to turn the water off. No water for 2 days! Got that fixed on Monday! Now awning motor is bad, my awning won't go out! This went out in December of 2021, now it's February 13th. it's still not fixed. Forest River Headquarters has done nothing but give me the run around! Very poor management! Buyer's Beware They Don't Care! They lost a good customer, because I will never purchase another RV made by Forest River again!I believe I should be compensated with another new RV, but not manufactured by Forest River!
