Open app Your location Dennis Dillon RV 6772 W Targee St, Boise, ID 83709 RV dealer Kimberly Cory - Hepperle 407 points an hour ago They sold me a pre-owned trailer that they didn't inspect properly. The air conditioner didn't work first trip, heater didn't work, water lines were opposite and the shower hoses was off. Every trip we had we had problems. Every time we used it we either had a blow out, damaged wear to tire. Repeatedly we told the dealership. I purchased the extended warranty and additional tire coverage. Check your warranties they don't cover much. But we were told Dennis Dillon is the administrators. My axle is bent. My belief is they sold it to me without throughly inspecting the trailer or they would have caught these issues. My inspection report provided by Dennis dillon is blank. I've tried for over a month to request theirs. No response. I called and asked for the manager left a very detailed message for my call. I didn't know it was Joseph Muller as the manager. He didn't call me he emailed my husband because he dealt with him on the past issue. He knows what the issue is because I left a message and emailed him no response now for over a month. Don't purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. You're putting your life at risk. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and Dennis dillon won't respond to you should you need help. Warranty company only open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Ridiculous run around if you break down after hours and don't get pre authorization to tow your vehicle off the freeway. Joseph Muller service manager is evasive and non responsive. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. I've spent more time and money broken down repairing a trailer that should have been inspected and repaired before resale.

I used to be an RV Tech back in the 90s I bought this 2019 Forest River Wolfpack 25pack12+ because I love the floor plan but upon receiving it I noticed the slide out had a half inch gap between the floor and the slide out wall I was reimbursed for $500 to repair it myself. But on further inspection I really noticed how cheap the quality was on the paneling for example there was a small piece of tape on the paneling and a few stickers and I peeled them off in the Finish came with them I noticed everywhere there was the same on the paneling the same tape was cracked I contacted Forest River Manufacturing to see about getting the same tape and they told me I had to go through a distributor which they said I could not get it unless I brought it in and they did to work. The build quality is extremely poor for example everywhere they made a cutout they left the cutout and all the sawdust hidden back behind the cabinets they did not clean up their mess making for a great mice nest. Here's another example if you ever mop your floors where your counters are if they get wet they will swell in the Finish will come off very little moisture causes them to swell very poor quality and cabinets overall the trailer looks extremely nice but don't expect it to last for long it looks extremely nice but it's extremely cheap there are there is absolutely no quality put into this trailer at all I guess that's what makes it affordable if you like to throw your money away. I have been spending months making repairs to this trailer and have the stuff I cannot get I have pictures to back everything up if you have questions please contact me bobby bailey1968@gmail.com And I will be glad to share pictures with you for example like the Dometic toilet 300 is most of them are defective they have a leaky flusher valve which causes sewage water to leak back behind the toilet plus the flush valve itself are very poorly designed most of them crack and leak. The door's on them are very poorly designed all they are is plastic on one side styrofoam and fiberglass on the other side absolutely no structure at all. I am pretty sure anybody that owns a Forest River trailer can back me up if they look back behind their cabinets where the water heater is where the furnace is underneath the shower and any place that they made a hole they did not clean up their mess. Good luck on finding Parts you have to go through a dealership and they want to do the work so they can collect the money you're much better off finding a different brand of trailer I would stay away from the Forest River travel trailers as much as possible unless you are filthy rich and have money to throw away. I purchased my trailer at Camping World in Wentzville Missouri I would stay away from anything Camping World they promised that they did a full inspection upon the trailer and lied and charged me for it and they also forced me to purchase Good Sam which will not back up their warranties for example they are conditioner unit went out on my trailer they told me I had to hop on my way back over to Camping World to have them fix it they will not fix it unless you do don't be suckered into purchasing Good Sam they will not back up their work. Like I said I have taken pictures made copies of everything and I'm willing to share it with anybody who's willing to listen so they don't get screwed themselves.

I have tryed multiple times to reach out to Camping World in Wentzville Mo and they keep telling me they will call back, But no one does. They contacted my credit union about a trailer I wanted and My credit union told me thay would approve a certain amount . Then I told them I was interested and I needed to know What the total amount was going to be. I was told $36,489.00 .They were supose to get back and no one did even after I made several attemps to reach out to them. I talked with Robert and Jason James and others there, Im very disapointed sofar, when people tell me multiple times they will call back and dont, Make me wonder If they can be trus The next day I went down to Camping World and I understand why they did not contact me it's because they were swamped by customers. I ended up purchasing the camper through them I'm waiting for them to do small repairs on the trailer . Ok I really got screwed. the repair work I was concerned about on the corners of the slide out and other corners were not resealed and they reashured me it would not leak at all and they fully checked it out and every thing was fine. They refused to let me check the roof do to liability reasons. the damage on the slide out on the inside was hidden by new recliners so you could not see the damage. Here is the real kicker, they told me that the trailer was going to cost me 38,995.00 and my payments were only going to be $455.29 a month and did not tell me there was going to be a $42,957.20 Finance Charge. for the lone. total of $81,952.20 for a 2019 wolf pack 25pack12 travel trailer. If I would have known I would have left without it.I strongly beleave I got Really screwed over. People they do not have the customers best intrest in mind. they are willing to hide the damage and be dishonest just to make a sale, Jason James Rv Sales Associate helped

There is not much good aboit this RV. On our way home the side molding started to rip on brand new trailer. After fighting with forest river finally got that repaired. A little over a year while driving home from camping the belly cover came off all the inside dropped dragging on the ground. Sine then ever single glass cabinet insert came off. A cabinet hinge just came off. After about two years the rubber molding around the dlides came off The interior fake wood moling all is coming away from the wall. I should have done more research. Stay far away from forest river.

I purchased this model based on weight and floor plan. The walk around queen was appealing as was the large rear bath with centered toilet (provides more leg room than a corner placement). I also wanted a larger fridge that wasn't sitting on the floor. I like this more than I could have imagined. I also made sure to get a year that had a PROPANE fridge. Gas is nice and cold, reliable and easy. They try to sell you on your battery/solar power only, don't do it. I think we will be all set when we sell simply based on having a 3 way fridge. Our biggest complaints are: 1) The mattress is an absolute joke, it's more like a box spring. They do this so that the weight is as low as possible when advertising. You will need to spend some serious money to actually get comfortable. A topper isn't going to cut it. Plus once you add height to the mattress, the side closet doors will not open as they open inward against the bed. 2) The "walk around" is more like a squished side shimmy at best. I find myself scooting to the end and getting up more often than not. This is also due to the fact that you will slam your head on the sharp corner of the upper kitchen cabinet. You WILL do this more than once and it's no joke. Talk about a rude awakening. 3) The queen appears large but due to the cabinets mounted on either side you are really wedged in there from the arms up. It feels coffin-esque. You don't appreciate this until you've slept in it a few times. We removed these cabinets and we are so happy we did. Now we have an actual bedside area large enough to actually set things on and the upper cabinets that run the length are more than sufficient storage. 4) The sensor placement for the black water tank is not placed in the correct area. Therefore it will always read as full as soon as you basically start to use it. Thankfully we have a plumber in the family. 5) The radio and the outside speakers are junk. No biggie but don't think you will ever actually use them, you will end up bringing your own. 6) The storage area under the bed is hard to get to when you have to lift your 5 layers of bed material. I took a page from a youtuber and mounted a hydraulic hinge. Much better. There are a bunch of other annoying things that you will spend time and money on adjusting but I think that's par for the course i.e. the faucet handles have to be turned ass backwards. We figured out this was because they used knob faucets instead of levers like they were supposed to etc. etc. I have realized that all of these types of trailers are cheaply made so don't expect top quality, I feel bad for the people that buy new. If you get a good deal, the towing weight and floor plan are the key reasons to purchase but have some $$ set aside for all of the additions/adjustments that you WILL be doing to have comfort. After all, it was kind of the whole point right? I hope this helps! Happy camping!

We have had this travel trailer four years, camping 20-25 nights a year. We have only camped in NC, longest trip being 5 hours. In four years my only repair has been a broken curtain bracket. We had zero issues from new and everything has worked perfectly. I tow it with a six cylinder truck and it tows very easily. I do use the Husky anti-sway system. I wish it had a battery cutoff switch, but I haven’t added one yet. The water heater is inconvenient to winterize. The refrigerator is excellent. The heater works well. The AC is a bit loud but has always worked. I have had no cause to contact factory support but that choice wasn’t given on the review. I have never been back to the dealer and it was bought out by a big chain, so I won’t be back. No, the trailer does not have expensive amenities like an airstream, but it cost less than most little teardrops. I couldn’t be happier.
