We purchased this RV after 3 years of going to several large RV shows in Hershey, PA until we found exactly what we wanted. We had to be able to travel once we located in a site, so we did not want a motor home Class A or a Class C, since that would require us to tow a car. The 5th Wheels provide more room and more stability, and allow us to leave the premised. We did not want to waste our precious time using laundry facilites, so a MUST for us was an RV able to accomodate a quality Washer and Dryer. We found this in our Forest River Wildcat! For 2 people, the space ismore than perfect. We have even used the pull-out sofa for company a few times and once everyone is awake, it is again quite roomy. A feature that was a 'must' was a big rear window. Backing into a site that overlooks the ocean is the reasons we chose a particular location. It's like having waterfront property all across the country! The heat ssytem is great - and the added electic fireplace provides just enough heat to take the 'nip' out of the air on a colder Spring or Autumn morning. And the ACs are so effecient, we hardly need the 2nd bedroom unit was added. We found this RV had EVERYTHING we could ever have wanted!

We had to replace all the tires because of blowouts, which is probably a good idea with all new rvs. The furnace needed a new motherboard. Other than that, it's been fine for fulltime living.

We ordered new, delivery was August 2016. Overall its been ok. Early issues delt with under warranty by Camping World service department. At just over 4 years old, 3 of the original upgraded tires had blowouts. The last causing a lot of damage. Structure has been good. A few issues with trim loose. TV died, main AC died, both around 4 years old. We did add a washer dryer to the factory setup. I've owned a few campers. Do the easy fixs myself. Remember it's a camper, not a solid built home. Things break easily. Handle with care. Get an outside repair company that's trusted and can come to you. We had the main AC fan motor assembly and relay control box replaced for under 450, parts and labor in out driveway.

We bought our 5th wheel new in the fall, 2016. Since then, we have traveled to Yellowstone, to Branson, to Ohio Amish country, Asheville, to the Atlanta Area, and to Natchez. We are very happy with our unit, and are now winding up a 6 week stay in Georgia. If we were to begin again, we would insist on auto-leveling, and on the bedroom arrangement where the bed follows the slide-out. This is a bit of nit-picking, however, since overall, we're very pleased. One note of caution: we thought our tires would be good for 5 years, but this past Christmas we had blow-outs on consecutive days on I-20 in and just out of Meridian, MS. We learned the value of tire covers and tire treatment, the hard way.

The first one we looked at had Horrible craftsmanship. The cabinets were very poorly put together. then we saw the second one at a different dealer and it was in perfect condition. I couldn't believe they were from the same manufacturer. I am very pleased with this one but two things they need to improve on are the axles. The brakes are weak and were non existent when we brought it home, i took it to les schwab then they worked much better but are still on the weak side. The axle has to much of a upward bow in it and is causing the outside of the tire to wear. I put solar panels on and used the pre wired solar wires that was very useful. The bed is my favorite part, it is so comfortable.

Worst company to stand behind their product. Not only was things wrong like door from storage to garbage can we're put in crooked and both bedroom and kitchen cents weren't even glued in all away around. We were traveling though a town and decided to "upgrade" only to find we would be stuck there for over 2 months with a front door we couldn't lock, put on incorrectly. Warranty Becky ended our warranty because I said in a way it is our house at time as we had no where else to stay. So she voided it.. Husband called other day and said this is Bob Hiatt can I speak to Becky same number same voice but was told never heard of a Becky. How mature and what kind of company would have a employee that high up acting a child. Terrible service for spending 40,000 and can't even get warranty done cause of things that happened before first payment.

Love the look, the colors and how it tows. We hate the lack of quality from shelves falling down in kitchen to the super cheap 10,000 mile no brand name tires they put on the rig. Our shower walls came off. Sawdust falls and piles on the night stands and behind the tv. You can see daylight thru slide glides when closed up. (Hence we got a mouse traveling the slide guide)Daylight shows thru cracks in door frame also. Windows do not open properly. Stove wouldn't light. Stair panels fell off. Holding tank has pressure issues. Most complaints not covered under "warranty" and dealer we purchased from charges $140 an hour shop rate. $43,000 should have been $13,000 based on lack of quality & workmanship. Dealer installed vent guards blew off. All this within 4 trips. No children involved. Forest River should be sending customers surveys. They do not however. Dealer doesn't care to hear complaints geared towards Forest River quality.
