This is my second Forest River trailer. Both experiences have been great. This trailer I've had for 5 years. It's been very easy to maintain with no issues at all. The only warranty thing I needed to have done was the refrigerator, which needed to be replaced by Thetford, the fridge manufacturer, so I don't blame FR for that. Thetford tried to deny the claim and FR stepped in and paid for a new one for me because they felt Thetford was wrong. Excellent customer service experience from Forest River. Otherwise, there's literally nothing to note here. It's been an amazing little trailer.

Overall, we love our Wolf. The layout is great. And even with two dogs and a couple of grandkids along, there's ample living space. But there have been issues, related mainly to inferior workmanship and virtually no quality control. The problems have included: - interior trim pieces coming loose or even falling off; - a recuring leak in the right front corner; - improperly sized/positioned awning that allows rain to fall on the door entry steps. (BTW - Forest River's response to that was "the awning is not intended to be used when it rains." How utterly ludicrous !) - very poorly made pantry drawers that fell apart (I completely rebuilt the pantry area); - cheap and very ugly "garden gate latches" used on the storage area behind the TV (rebuilt that area too) - a rat's nest of wires and tubing in the mechanical compartment behind the "basement." That mess of wires and tubing should have been bundled and properly routed/anchored. Lazy "workmanship" such as that should never have passed quality control - had there been any.

This is an exceptionally delightful Forest River fifth wheel because the two opposing slides open up into a spacious living room area. You can entertain friends or family comfortably because of all the space. I have never seen another fifth wheel like this! Also exceptional is the queen bed on the upper deck -- it has walk-around space on both sides of the bed. Many trailers require you to crawl over your spouse to get out of bed to use the bathroom. It also has a door between the upper bedroom and the lower living room area -- perfect for privacy if you want to read upstairs and hubby wants to play on his computer or watch tv. We have lots of storage room and comfortably made a six-week trip in this fifth wheel.

We really enjoy this RV. It has been great for just my husband and myself. It was difficult to tow, but that had a-lot to do with the truck we were using; and it was a super windy day. We bought it brand new in 2016, and have had it ever since. One issue we have had is when you get out of the shower, any water catches in the plastic at the base of the shower on the outside and runs down the little catch tray and off either end of the shower and has pooled between the shower and the cupboard under the sink and has caused the smallest bit of water damage to the wood. The A/C unit has had some flaws, and will randomly not want to work... but it hasn't caused any issues to the point where it has effected our comfort in the unit, and after a little online research we were able to find a way to pop off the face plate and reset it and it hasn't been an issue since (We did try calling customer service through forest river to get some trouble-shooting help, and their help was non-existent). The bedroom does have a tendency to get warm if the door is closed. But all-in-all it is a fantastic layout to live in, especially if you are looking for something for just two people. We love the way the floor plan has the kitchen and living room separated, it just makes it feel so much bigger. Only other issue we have had is the booth seats have began to wear on the fabric, and they are SO expensive to replace.

First : We love the Grey Wolf 22RR. Best overall purchase we have made. The Dealership is the key ! Let me repeat, It's the DEALER that makes the difference. Period! My personal experience : The day I was scheduled to pick the trailer, they recommended a morning appointment so I would have time to inspect and let them show me everything. When I arrived being in Texas the ac was running and everything was hooked up as if I was camping. The staff took their time explained and showed me how to do everything. Then they actually watched me do it until I was comfortable doing it on my own. ( Hooking up sway bars, unhitching, turning on water tank, electric and then propane, Power awning, Fridge, lights etc....) At no time did I feel rushed, ( Side note: we bid notice a small scratch on the table, and a tear in the bedding. They said they would get me another one, then I forgot about it ) Everything worked , no issues.. Trailer was spotless and we left.. Two weeks later ups delivered a new table and comforter. Yes, We love the 22RR and even more Funtown RV in Wharton, Texas ! Yes, its the dealer that preps the trailer that's makes the difference !!!

I bought this fifth wheel brand new i am thoroughly disgusted with the quality of this unit. The bedroom door fell off the wall, the mirror in bathroom fell off, Pieces of paneling in large bedroom are falling off, the kitchen island isn't secured solid to floor. This camper has been highway miles minimal gravel out of 2000ish km maybe 20 km are gravel. I have brought it back for warranty dealer is Coach-Works in Nisku Albeta won't be taking it back to this place every again wouldn't recommend this dealer for repairs. The cheap quality glued press board around the fridge swelled and was damaged dealer tried to repair but looks worst now than before i asked for it to be repaired. For the price i paid the quality of this unit is pure garbage.
