This is literally a Home on Wheels The quality of Forest River Is rated high for being Very Well made As well as comfortable floor plans. The 36BHBS is Nicely designed Having the large sliding door as the main entrance gives it a feeling of home. Also Having the front Bunk room is great for children,guests, grandchildren, or turning the area into an office space, etc It's very spacious with the larger than normal living room, kitchen slide out. The master bedroom has a slide out as well with its own entry Love the spacious bathroom with lots of storage! You don't usually get much of that in most RVs. Bought unit new 1n 2015. Floor plan is nice. Has 2nd entry door at rear of the unit not like on the side as most 5th wheels have.Dealer was responsible for many of the warrenty items we had. Dealer had unit for at least 2 weeks after we purchased it before we could take possession. Only 1/2 were done. My wife and I were able to fix most of the other items and a different dealer did what we couldn't. As for Forest River they were as helpfull as possible. They even extended our factory warrenty by an additional 6 months. My biggest dissapointment is with the materials used for all the woodwork. While the drawers are solid the facing of all cabinets, drawers and any other wood trim is a very thin vaneer over a pressed cardboard. If an area gets wet it swells. This also happens on all counter tops except the kitchen which is a resin composite.other problem occuring after 5 years of ownership is floor by ktichen area has become soft. Have checked for leaks and found none. Luckily I can repaire this with little effort. Still it's been a good unit to full time in. It just helps to be handy to maintain this unit. Show less

I bought my trailer used after someone traded it in for a larger trailer 3 months after buying it. I got a great price. The trailer has now been from coast to coast and from Canada down to south Florida and I have to say so far we have been completely pleased. I have had the trailer for four years and I'm running into some maintenance now after putting around 50,000 miles on the trailer. I figure it's due. It is a 2015 Wildwood X-Lite 281QBXL. It has been pretty tough. I wish the front storage compartment had bigger doors. Nothing is heavy duty but it says X-Lite on the front of the trailer which sums it up. I do regular maintenance on it and overall it has exceeded my expectations so far. It isn't perfect but I would buy it again. Good value for the money. Show less

The floor plan is very nice and feels like home. It’s comfortable, fun and ready for new memories. The awning is massive while enjoying the outdoors underneath the awning, listening to the birds or play your music with the outdoor stereo or walk back inside to your portable home. Show less

Purchased from Dealer up North. While the floor plan is very good overall quality is fair. Like others I have not had thungs fall apart while towing. I also have not had any problems towing this unit. Interior quality could be better. Finish looks like wood, but it is actually a papper fiber like finish with similar material behind it. Some corners have delaminated after 4 years and no one knows how to fix.We did need to replace the mattress and put better foam in the seats of the dinette. My biggest overall complaint was with the number items which need to be fixed or replaced. This was a brand new unit or at least thats what I was told. Dealer kept saying this was an untitled unit. Later found out it was used as a show demo. The unit was tied up in service so long that Forest River extended my warrenty for an additional 6 months and helped find an other dealer to fix items which the selling dealer never bothered to fix. What these dealers did not fix my wife and I took care of. In terms of use of this RV my biggest problem is how little fresh water the ubit holds. It's some thing like 35 gallons which is nothing with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. If I want to boondoggle my time is limited unless I have an auxiliary water bladder in the back of my tow vehicle. Overall this RV is serving it's purpose. Yes there are items which could be better quality, but after looking at newer units no one else has a floor plan like this and anything which comes close is twice the price. I am more dissapointed in the dealer than the manufacturer. Show less

Bought a year ago. Right away the water supply line for bathroom sink leaked. Then the front ceiling, wall and slide out leaked when it rained. Dealer said they fixed it last fall. Took it out for first camping trip this past weekend and the sink still leaks. Waiting for the roof to start again. Show less

Great Travel Trailer for living in or taking on vacations. Great floor plan with two bedrooms. The trailer has a very spacious kitchen and the kitchen island is great. The outdoor kitchen with the small refrigerator and BBQ pit is awesome. Show less
