Finished out nicely with plenty of room for a family of (6). The tent sides are great for opening up and inside while being in the great outdoors. Black water lasts about (4) days for me and (5) girls. The fridge has enough room for both food and beer. Great value.

The living area is very comfortable and conducive to conversations even with folks in the kitchen

This RV is great for a couple only or with 1 or 2 small kiddos. It is light traveling. And with the sway bars you don't even know you're towing a camper. Beautiful picture window in the living room for viewing the landscapes. Spacious area so you don't feel like your bumping into others. Love the feel of booth seating. Love having the bathroom so close to the bedroom so you don't have to walk across the camper in the middle of the night.

On our way home from Arkansas I noticed while doing a circle check, left side of trailer had 6 cracks on i beam and the flange was broken open at front of suspension.Right side had 5 cracks of which all are above suspension area!! When you walk in trailer it was like being in a boat with rough water -side to side motion also this way when towing home 800 km as no dealers or welding shops had time to put 3 cross braces across hanger brackets . I contacted Forest River XLR department and Diane quickly responded back and sent information to Lippert as they make the frames. Brian responded back and said that nothing could be done as we are second owner and rust on frame, also frame built to spec. So then Forest River engineering have no clue!! As was the problem of bent 3,500 lb axles and I replaced with 4,400 lb at our expense due to no warranty on second owners. So now our retirement travel's are on hold as we have a unfit trailer and very Blessed that we made it home and not pulled over by police or MTO. They would have pulled plates and charged us. Knowing this a my 44 years as truck driver. Trailer is VERY unsafe and not wanting to turn any corners as this is what created the stress cracks on the 1/8"gauge-( 6 i beam) along with driving on the rough roads. I thought retirement was Living the Dream not worrying about trailer axles falling out and could cause trailer to flip over. Will be contacting the NHTSA about this and MTO (Canada). NEVER BUY FOREST RIVER !! or you will pay dearly by accident or wallet to repair But as Brian said built to spec. We need not North American Engineering but Chinese or Korean to engineer the RV industry, then it will be correct!! Any one know the owner - Warren Buffet email address?? Check your trailer out and ride safe not as a hazard to those around!! James

Has all the amenities that you would want to live in for extended period of time. It has plenty of storage room and cargo carrying capacity for anything that you desire to bring camping. Rockwood RV's have had an excellent reputation for a well made quality unit. I would definitely recommend this for the first time RV'r.

Best purchase ever! Sleeps 10 - Great floor plan, a lot of storage, big inside Fridge and microwave, great large outside kitchen, big bedrooms - queen bed in master bedroom; 2 bunks in back with pull out futon bed sleeps two - again lots of cabinet space for storage of bags, clothes, etc. , air-conditioner and furnace work great, large awning, large king u table for dining w/scissor legs instead of pedestals - that if put down sleeps 2, large bathroom w/tub-shower w/regular porcelain toilet, lots of counter space, large screen tv in living area, small tv w/dvd player in master bedroom, master bedroom has lots of storage under the bed and two wardrobe cabinets on each side of the bed, with counter space on both sides underneath - great for put a clock, glasses, phone (has outlets on each side), with pocket doors instead of just curtains to close. Outside kitchen has large fridge, microwave, sink and stove = great for cooking outside. Outside shower, grill that can attach on side of trailer. Lots of sky lights for ample light, great flooring inside trailer, wonderful color scheme, large leather pull out couch that has a blow up mattress that sleeps two.
