I really like the floor plan of this unit. However on our first trip after purchasing the unit in June 2019 the furnace went out on our way to Arizona. After arriving in Arizona, I spent numerous hours on the phone with Grand Design trying to get the furnace repaired. We were in Phoenix and experiencing the coldest December with record lows. I was told by Grand Design that we would have to take the unit to Mesa, Arizona for repairs. Grand Design said they would not pay for a mobile repair. I ended up calling LaMesa RV who is certified to repair the furnace and they sent out their mobile unit. LaMesa service department said they would deal with Grand Design and repaired our furnace as night temperatures were in the low 30’s. We received better customer service from an RV dealer who does not sell Grand Design then we did from Grand Design. Now we have a problem with the rollers on our number one slide and have to continuously stay in contact with our local Blue Dog dealer to get the repairs done. The dealer has to send pictures to Grand Design to have the repairs approved. The approval process for warranty work at Grand Design is an extremely slow process. I spent over two weeks calling daily to get the furnace repairs approved so I can only imagine how long this is going to take to get the approval to repair the rollers on our number one slide. We have been RVing for 30 years, this is our first and last Grand Design RV. It’s going up for sale in the Spring. I would not recommend Grand Design based on their poor customer service when needing repairs while the unit is stills under warranty warranty.

Never having owned an RV of any sort, this may be a biased review, but I love this RV! So well thought out. It squished everything I could ever want into the smallest space you could put it in the smartest possible way. An office, what feels like a full size frig, micro, great size stove and oven, more pantry than most homes, lights (and motion lights) absolutely everywhere, lots of plugs and USB ports, I put a washer dryer in, great blinds, tv inside and out plus spot for one in bedroom, outdoor kitchen and speakers, fireplace, full size shower (I'm tall so I needed a good size shower) and tons and tons of storage inside and out!
The only complaint I would have is that the viewing windows that you sit and look out of are on the opposite side as the door. I don't think this will be ideal when camping and I look out over someone else's campsite and have really no visibility of my own campsite.
I gave the driving/towing 5 stars based on other reviews, but I have not driven it yet!

We purchased the 320 in May from a dealer in Pasco, WA. Price was right, follow up good and an issue we had was dealt with promptly. Problem: they are 300 miles away. The local dealer in Boise is of no use since they only do warranty work on units they sell. Had their price been in the ballpark, we would have. Not even close. We have had mostly QC issues and I have been able to fix most.
Replaced 5 drawer latches. TV was crooked; 1 inch higher on left. Shower door frame leaked. Wall behind closet door pulled loose causing door to drag. All the staples came out. Pedestal on dining table wobbly, had to beef up screws. Heater stopped working (dealer replaced). Jacks on TV not properly connected. No signal getting through (dealer and I fixed).
Peeves: this is our 4th fifth wheel, and the last two had hydraulic jacks all around including landing gear. Having to get down to pull pins to drop the gear and retract, a true pain. Lastly, the dump drains are divided into two separate connections. Black and gray on one, disconnect, and attach to kitchen tank. I have owned several RVs over the years and never saw this. Did not think it was a problem at first. It is!
We love the layout and know none are perfect. You have a cabin on wheels subjected to constant earthquakes. It’s a wonder they last at all. But from the factory?

We saw a couple that we liked but they were not 100% of what we wanted. SOOO, we lookd at 5th wheels, we loved the 320MKS, since purchase, the gas water heater circuit board failed, took dealer 2 boards the get fixed. An issue with microwave heat defuser, factory recall on wiring underneath, Hoping this isn't a lemon, this is a nice trailer, it tow's well, comfortable, spacious, but I hate the damn TV Stereo combo, you can't see the remote unless you have a magnifying glass. I give it 4 out of 5.

Under the sink improper screws and the wood surrounding the hoses and elimination pipe and it and the wood pulled pulled out.
The radio did not work which they replaced day 1. The curtain in the bedroom keep falling off. The plastic tray in front compartment is cracked in 2 places right side and I do not put weight in it.
The front compartment left side leaks water, bad design. Easy accessibility, but should have a flap.
The shower has a very cheap floor drain cover. I weigh 290 and my heal made it fold like rubber.
I am sure they will cover everything with the warranty, but what a pain. Dealer is 3 1/2 hours away. I guess I expect more for my 45K.
I can’t wait to see what the next 4 trips find. Come on a Grand Design.
