We love our 297! It is extremely comfortable and spacious, from the multitude of large windows with the heated, massage recliners in the livingroom to the queen size traditional mattress in the bedroom. On cold mornings it is wonderful to make a cup of coffee or tea and sit in front of the fireplace as you plan out our day. Of course, if you prefer, you can just turn up the heat to feel warm and toasty throughout the unit. The kitchen has everything you need! Plenty of counterspace with a large sink with gooseneck faucet and sprayer is adequate for anything you want to wash or prep. We travel for weeks at a time and have adequate space in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets for all of our meals. The indoor stove/oven and the outdoor propane stove are very convenient. The microwave/convection oven is fabulous for preparing quick meals. There are also a lot of electric outlets for any convenience appliances you use. The wood dining table and 4 separate chairs are very comfortable and can be used in the living room or outside when you have a lot of guests to seat. Both the table and two of the chairs have smaller spaces for storage. The bathroom is spacious and there is plenty of storage for towels, personal products and cleaners. The glass shower doors are easy to clean and make the space feel open. Sitting outside surrounded by nature under the awning watching sports or movies on the TV, or listening to music from the outdoor speakers with drinks in the small refrigerator just a couple feet away is incredibly relaxing. The basement passthrough holds a lot of equipment and is easy to access.

This is my second GD trailer. Upgraded from an 2019 Imagine which was poorly made. Many screws stripped on side panels and skirting. Put together with Gorilla tape to get home. Trailer just out of warranty so all repairs out of pocket. Now have 2024 Reflection 297RSTS. Very easy to pull. Better construction than the Imagine except the latch to hold shower door very flimsy. Came loose during travels and glass doors shattered. AWNING MOUNTED TOO LOW. Sharp corners of slideout cutinto awning when being extended or retracted. Had to contact NC State attorney General office before GD would answer any emails. No resolution yet, Took away outside lighting replaced with speakers. It is so dark you can not see stairs at night.

Beware of the pretty picture. Nice living and kitchen area with a USELESS FURRION electric fridge! Draws ALLL the power , runs all night and VEEY LOUD. The back wall ices up. A complete joke that customer service wont stand by! Bathroom , nice design with the CRUMMIEST little sink with a flat bottow that doesnt drain. Replaced the clean out pulls after ONE use as they We're not installed properly and broke after the 1st use. The extra hook up diagram is a great idea and seems to work fine. The bedroom is ridiculous who designs a bed with a curved headboard and puts a shelf where your head supposed to be. The light switches throughout the coach make no sense they are in random places and there are bright green laser beams on the phone chargers one of which is aimed right at your forehead when you're laying down in bed. The reading lights as they called them in the bedroom are ridiculous they're bright there are no or no dimmers on any of the lights throughout the coach they are all too bright if you can find the switches for them at all. They put a shelf right where your head is supposed to be we're not that tall we're under 6' and we still hit our head on the stupid thing and try making that bed not possible with one person. The cabnetry is extremely cheap , who puts in cabinets with no dividers so that when you're driving things go from one side to another. It's like they expect you to upgrade everything on your own when I called for help on the refrigeration issue they refused to stand by it and just said that's the one they chose and that's what theyre using. the solar power panel that they sell for it is a joke it doesn't power it for 5 minutes. And then there's the awning don't even bother using it , it's the cheapest piece of garbage, you might as well fold out a strip of seran wrap and watch it blow in the wind, it doesn't roll back evenly either. They shortcut it in every possible place they could I'm sure everybody on the planet would be way happier to spend $5000 more or even $10000 more to have a quality product this thing is a piece of garbage don't bother it's only worth 50% of its value when you Drive off the lot if you're even lucky enough to get that much. There's also an exterior kitchen which is another thing that's a pretty picture that's completely useless none of it works all it did was take away cabinet space from the inside. And once again it was the worst customer service we've ever had! All the woman was concerned with was getting the last word and saying that they weren't covering anything. They put it together the way they wanted it and tough luck is pretty much what I got. Do not buy this rig it's awful!!!!!!

We purchased this almost three years ago. It had that new smell, was clean, like new, just a few things to fix and we loved it. Like I said in our listing we have been workaholics--estates sales almost every week for years leaving no weekends available. When we moved to Arizona and cut back our work hours we thought we would take advantage of free time, however with my husbands health- needing knee replacements, hip replacements and now an upcoming ankle replacement--then in June falling and fracturing a hip, Covid--we just didn't use it but twice. A total of 5 days in both trips camping. It is time to pass it on to someone who will love and use it. For us, in the future, Hello Airbnb! Come see how nice and clean this RV is. Above, factory warranty time has passed. Had to select one before listing.

We enjoyed the 3 years we've owned our "Magic Carpet." We've been especially pleased with the spacious layout of two slides in the living area, and the queen-sized bed which we upgraded with a better mattress. The washer/dryer on board saves us lots of wasted time doing laundry! The large electric awning provides us many hours of outdoor enjoyment and protection from the weather, and the auto-dump rain feature meant we don't have to worry about the awning during the rain. We upgraded several things, including the 4-step Torklift Glowstep scissor steps. We added a wi-fi booster and a cell phone booster since we both worked occasionally while on trips. The wif-fi booster helped us stream movies from Netflix without buffering. Having the dealer convert the bedside hanging closets with removable/adjustable shelves helped increase our storage considerably (who needs hanging clothes on vacation ). We also had the dealer make a pass-through from the bed to the closet for my CPAP machine and had a "headknocker" factory shelf above the bed converted to two side shelves so we could read in bed. The fridge/freezer is large enough that we buy groceries for a week, and let us bring back loads of delicious Georgia peaches from a local fruit stand, and meat from an outstanding meat market we found in Blairsville GA. Although we seldom use the outdoor tv, stove and fridge, they were nice to have when we did want them. The AC is so good we usually run only one AC in the bedroom, and it cooled the living area in weather up into the 80s without a problem. The large shower is a real pleasure. It's large enough for comfortable showers. And our hot water never failed to give long showers without having to resort to "navy" showers. We just turn on the AC and the Propane to get continuous showers up to 10 minutes! We tow with a Ford 250 pickup and experienced no problems towing through any terrain. The RV brakes function well and the Equalizer weight distribution system maintains excellent roadability.

Plastic hardware in two drawers did not hold the drawers shut. Power cord, and power trailer input connection, burned up. Television has never worked properly. DVD input only works on the second try. Shower walls were never extended far enough to keep all water in the shower. One of the nitrogen tires blew, damaging the skirting. A plastic piece on the refrigerator broke off. The dealers technicians could never fix anything properly. Grand Design warranty people are very hard to deal with. A class action lawsuit may be in order!

Problems still problems. 1st broken water pipe, 2nd electrical problem 2 times and still not resolved, third tire blew out and damaged skirting and still not resolved. What's going to happen next. Has ruined our trip and can't get communication with people that are supposed to help us. Took 3 months to get reimbursed for the 1st electric problem and still trying to get a response for the 2nd electrical problem which was over $500 out of our own pocket. Ruined trip and anxiety. Don't trust this rv. What will happen next. TV antenna not bringing in 0 to 4 channels even after replacing with another one.

JUNK! A multitude of problems ranging from poor quality manufacture (black water tank put in uneven so you could never get the sewage out) and it had an increasingly a horrible smell. It is not a 4 season trailer, the water lines froze at just under freezing and ruptured, unfortunately no dealer or repair service can help for a month. Frame is to light to support length. Thermostat is installed right over the furnace so it will not operate properly because the wall it is on stays hot. Finish on cabinets is so thin it wears off immediately. Single pane windows on a 4 season RV? not hardley!
