Buying was great from salesman to dealer to support at Grand Design. Our experience since June 2021 has been superior. The only problem was a leaky tub enclosure. Easily fixed by ourselves. Buying was great from salesman to dealer to support at Grand Design. Our experience since June 2021 has been superior. The only problem was a leaky tub enclosure. Easily fixed by ourselves. Hooking up, towing, and setting up is easy and quick. Good for us in our 70’s. The air conditioning and heater as well as the electric fireplace are great. The mattress was not acceptable so we replaced it right away. We would recommend the RV to anyone.
