What an awesome floor plan on this trailer. I just upgraded from an Intech Sol Horizon which I loved but was too small for my needs. I couldn't be happier choosing the Grand Design Reflection, it's a home on wheels and a beautiful one at that. Show less

Aweful: Brand new! Dead battery, intermittent slide out, and one ac not working.... this was our first trip camping! Tech support knew immediately issue with slide out... really? Why did you sell it that way? Sort of makes one question quality control! Show less

First the trim fell off. Now I have a leak under my bathroom sink and can not find out where it is leaking.I thought it was the sink but it's coming from the floor. I pulled out the drawer in my bedroom to look for the problem and the drawer fell apart. I am so disappointed. I have have called for service but can't get anyone to come and fix this. I live in a RV park and it's not like it is in the middle of no where. I WILL BE SELLLING THIS ASAP. Big waste of hard earned money Show less

Love the design Cannot resolve refrigerator issues Live here full time Dealer has no answers after 3 weeks! Buying ice getting old My unit was < 90 days old If there is no resolution soon, may drive to Lee family trailers and leave it... Show less

We bought our unit in April, got it home and put a memory foam topper on the bed. We have been sleeping in it since. 1 trip to the coast so far and every thing is working the way it should. I did break the window on the bedroom slide from weed eating around the trailer. Called the dealer and it was fixed in 2 weeks. So far everything is working fine and I don't expect any problems. Come October we will be living in it full time. Most of the problems I heard about in Rv units is the dealers are not listening to the owners and doing the right thing. We have a fabulous dealer we got our at with 2 locations, one being 8 miles away. So far so good . We love our Reflection. Show less
