While we love the floor plan of this 2021 RV model, we've had an issue with the sunlight in the kitchen and bath leaking. We took it to a certified technician who informed us that the sunlights in the kitchen area and bath area were never installed correctly via the factory so no matter how much caulking was used on the outside, they would leak. We paid $650 to have them fixed. We called the manufacturer and they wanted "pictures". The technician is certified and we never thought to take pictures so we were not refunded any money. When you buy a new car and something goes wrong, you take it back to the dealer to have it fixed and it's covered, especially if something was not built or inserted correctly, to begin with. You don't have to send pictures to prove any issues especially when you use a dealership or certified technician. It's ridiculous that this manufacturer doesn't stand behind their "warranty". We will not buy from Grand Design again. Show less

We love our Grand Design Transcend Xplor 260RB. The quality is outstanding with real wood front cabinets and a porcelain toilet. It's the perfect couple's camper with a large rear bathroom and tons of storage. Having the sink across from the fridge and stove is really great and adds extra storage and counter space for the coffee maker. The AC is also really good and heating. We highly recommend this model for anyone looking for a travel trailer for couples. Show less
