We have owned one of these for 6 years and never had an issue, only 4 stars on factory warranty because never used that service. We traveled around the western states every winter and truly enjoyed living in this model. We brought our bicycles and my husband's motorcycle and were able to enjoy them many places. Show less

Purchased this RV in May 2021, year one heater in seat goes bad - GD says go to the manufacturer. Also the molding in the bathroom comes off. Year 2 - this year - water pump goes out, hot water heater goes out, half the LEDs in the awning lights go out, monitor panel goes bad - GD says tuff luck you're out of warranty. I purchsed this because I thought I was buying the best - turns out to be crap and Grand Design doesn't care. Their customer support was rude and basically said he can't support electronics they buy as 3rd party parts. So, if you want quality for 1.5 years only, this is what you buy. Show less

This is my third 5th wheel and 16th RV over 40 years. Quality of the coach is excellent and so far I have only required one call to Grand Design for an operational question on a running change on the sound system. Response was exceptional and issue resolved. At this point I am extremely happy with my purchase Show less
