We have owned 2 Grand Design RV's. They are wonderful trailers. We have loved all the storage that is included inside the trailer as well as outside the trailer. The bathroom is roomy enough to not feel cramped. The floorplan allows access to almost everything, except the bunks, when the slide is closed. Show less

I purchased this 150 Series Reflection fifth-wheel used, in late 2021. The original owner bought it during Covid, for family outings.. which did not work out, so it had only been used three times. Only the base (12 month) warranty transfers to a new owner. Luckily, he had purchased and transferred an extended warranty. Everyone told me to expect issues, but they never said how many! He we go... > Schwintek slide system on the only slide was improperly installed.. 30+ day stay at a repair facility for parts - entire system replaced >Kitchen area gray tank valve would not open/close - replaced >Black tank valve would never completely close - replaced >Window valances have fallen down - replaced tiny screws >Entry door would not open/close properly - repaired >Kitchen and bathroom plumbing connections leaked - repaired >Toilet leaked at base - repaired >Trim coming loose in multiple locations - still repairing >Solar prep wiring shorted by improper install - had to install/fish through walls, new wiring. >Screws popping up under carpet in bedroom >Camper fish-tails a lot when towing, even after new tires, and new truck. BUYERS REMORSE Purchased in February of 2021 used twice. It’s been sitting at dealer waiting on “warranty approval” for almost 2 months. Right after first trip we discovered a list of 13 broken or poorly installed items. 2 months later and these items have still not been fixed. This is unacceptable and would’ve never purchased this rig had we known all the issues it was going to have. We are getting ready to go in a long road trip and will most likely have to cancel now! RUN AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER! They do not care about their customers. Show less

Stay away from Grand Design! Their new units are absolute garbage. We have owned ours for less than six months and have had to deal with multiple total failures of major parts. Slide? Complete failure. Leveling system? Failure. Trim? Falling apart. It has been a disaster and their customer service is largely unresponsive. When they do answer, they don’t believe the service center (which they approved) and tell you to take it somewhere else. They are not helpful. Avoid at all costs. Show less
