Totally pissed at grand design - gonna use my sons camper ( hes away on business and do not want to bother him) because i know nothing of campers i look at at their site WHAT A POS!! Videos on how to use refrigerator and water heater big desl!!!, but is there anything to help the guy that knows nothing!!! I wouldn’t buy one of their products if this is their idea of how to “help” … wanna help??? How bout a step by step on use- getting started …. Their marketing ppl need to be fired!!! Show less

The Imagine 2600RB is an excellent travel trailer, especially for someone relatively new to the RV lifestyle. It is big enough for comfortable camping/living yet easy to tow and maneuver on the road and in campsites. The heating/air conditioner system works very, even during an intense summer heat wave in Arizona. The master bedroom is roomy and cozy and has storage under the bed. The living area sofa folds out into a bed and the dinette can also be converted to a bed. There is plenty of interior storage space. The kitchen is compact and functional. The tankless hot water heater provides near-instant hot water. The pass-through storage is large enough to hold trailer accessories, camping equipment and other gear. The 2600RB uses two gray water tanks and one black water tank. Show less

I purchased a grand design imagine 2600 in April 2021. And and as soon as the warranty expired the thing started falling apart. Several weather stripping issues, I’ve replaced the water heater twice, several pex hoses have come apart. And since the pipes are sealed in the walls I’ve had to do some major repairs myself. The heater made it two years before it stopped working. It’s safe to say I regret buying this trailer. On a scale of 1-10. It’s a generous 2 Show less

Bought my trailer new in 2023. Since then it has been in the shop for almost 7 months, and now they want me to come pick it up without a clear expectation of when the work is to be done to start fixing the cabinet thermofoil problem. All the thermofoil on the cabinet stiles are delaminating and GD and the manufacturer of the stiles are debating who’s at fault. I don’t care who’s fault it is as my warranty is through GD not their subcontractors. They claim on their website that warranty approval is completed within 24 hours. . . . really? Where is my customer service? Furthermore, I’ve been told the trailer may have to go back to the factory for this work. Seriously, when do you think I’ll see that trailer again?? Show less

Very displeased ! Parts falling off inside and out. Cheaply made. Trim glue inside came loose right away . Bought extended warranty and submitted claim for screen door latch that failed with 2 uses along with other things such as oven that wouldn't work and multiple interior trim issues. Constant trouble with water heater. Bought winter cover which disintegrated the first year. Rear view camera fell off on second trip. Warranty paid NOTHING. Manual describes things that do not exist as listed. Customer service is non-existant. They say take it to the dealer where bought. Well that's 200 miles one way! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Cant wait til its gone. Show less

We are so disapponted in this trailer and Grandma design was suppose to be the best. So many problems to list , first camping trip. Refrigerators door latch broke, shower was not sealed around the top, trim around the bathroom door warped. Had to take back to dealer ship to fix which is not close to where we live. Second year large pan drawer is broke Grand design had sent us two they did not fit. Theater chairs reclining lever broke and theater chairs one no longer works no matter what we do. Owned a joey nomad for 8 years not one problem. I would do anything to have it back. If you are considering a Grand Design take your time to go through everything yourself. Show less

I will never and I mean work with bretz rv in Boise idaho. Very poor customer service. Bought brand new momentum grand design toy hauler. First trip air conditioner goes out. Back doors fell off. Water stop working. Then next trip no water again. Refrigerator stop working. Back doors fell off again. The back patio gate bent. This is the worst trailer ever. Bretz has done nothing to resolve. This is just insane. Show less

Traded in a Winnebago bus for the 260RB. The layout of the living area is great. The features are good. Towing with the 4 point hitch is good. We’ve only camped once and finding quality issues with exterior & interior trim falling apart. Took it to the dealer & they repaired it. Got it home from the dealer… now a bolt is pushing up through the linoleum floor in the middle of the kitchen area. Also, had a problem with the heat…blowing cold air(wouldn’t fire up). The dealer said there’s no problem? I am an HVAC tech with 31 + yrs experience. Probably an intermittent issue with the circuit board. Not a big deal to fix . The construction quality is the big issue for me. They need to go to the people that do all the detail and trim work in the factory & chk. Quality control. Bought it through Alpin Haus. Well the first week after taking it home the GFI plug didn't work called service department they said 3 weeks before thry can look at it Then we started seeing water on the floor called again With all the rain in the st Louis area 3 weeks before they can look at it . so I fixed it myself didn't want water coming in through the roof called manufacturers no return call went on first trip about 200 miles all the trim on inside fell off I fixed that called the dealer no return calls Pulled it to Florida for 2 months had leak under furnace called service truck out 275 dollars just to find out it's a manufacturer defect made a appointment with dealer still in shop 3 weeks sand they haven't started on it . video coming soon . buyers beware. If the dealer doesn't have a warrente service department fond purchase anything from them . if your buying new you shouldn't have to wait weeks for service work. Show less

We have owned this RV for the past two years and are extremely satisfied with it and the experiences it has provided us. We are wanting to upgrade to a unit that sleeps more for our growing family. We have been on 6 trips with it (under 4,000 total miles) with no significant issues. It has a very open floor plan with great storage and a very large bathroom. We will miss her when she goes.
