Unit cools quickly in the summer and for a camper, stays pretty warm on the cool nights. Pulls very well. I think we may be GD4L

Trailer is falling apart after 1500 miles and the warranty is no good. The doors won’t stay closed going down road. Already ruined the back door. The front door strike is put in wrong spot for latch. Tried to move it but factory has so many holes in door jam strike plate won’t stay on. None of the compartment doors close correctly. The propane tanks are held in with banding iron and clips. The banding iron is very sharp and I have cut my arm open that requires stitches. Very pore Desighn . The awnings are installed so hi on camper they don’t do nothing. I spent 100,000 and Bishes RV sais I have to pull it back there to get fixed. Bishes Rv took my money but won’t stand behind there promises to come fix it. When you buy a camper you only get 60 % what your promised.

We purchased this almost three years ago. It had that new smell, was clean, like new, just a few things to fix and we loved it. Like I said in our listing we have been workaholics--estates sales almost every week for years leaving no weekends available. When we moved to Arizona and cut back our work hours we thought we would take advantage of free time, however with my husbands health- needing knee replacements, hip replacements and now an upcoming ankle replacement--then in June falling and fracturing a hip, Covid--we just didn't use it but twice. A total of 5 days in both trips camping. It is time to pass it on to someone who will love and use it. For us, in the future, Hello Airbnb! Come see how nice and clean this RV is. Above, factory warranty time has passed. Had to select one before listing.

We have replaced the water pump 3 times, the fire fireplace 3 times, radio 2 times, kitchen faucet 1 time, bathroom faucet 1 time, and shower door broke, replaced it with a shower curtain and the microwave 1. Now I have a torn seal on refrigerator. It’s a norco 1210. This unit cost $3800 dollars and the door gasket can’t be replaced. Why wouldn’t the manufacturer put this in a 56K trailer. All they care about is selling trailers. All they want the trailer to last two years when the warranty runs out. I talked to norco and the could give a $%^& less.

Overall we like the 310GK. Great for the 2 of us and an occasional guest. I will say though that for its size it's a difficult HEAVY tow. 12K empty and 14K loaded. Factory claims a 2300lb pin weight but I'm fairly sure it's heavier than that. I wouldn't tow this with anything less than a 1 ton I don't care what the truck/RV salespeople say. Speaking of heavy, don't leave the stock tires on too long. They are barely within the load limits of the trailer. Grand Design has a decent reputation and I expected a lot. Some of the coach is outstanding and some is so so. The bedroom was as an example feels almost like a flimsy piece of cardboard with an outlet in it. The AC units both have loose wiring in the circuit boards which has had to be repaired twice. The heat in one of the recliners keeps failing. Be careful of those warranties, they don't cover AC wiring. We do love the floor plan. More and ample storage for us both inside and out.

It has an outside refrigerator and cooktop plus an outside TV. It is easy to get into all state and campground sites. We have not had any issues with the trailer other than a blowout and dented the fender. They must start putting on better tires, and I think the newer trailers have stronger tires.

We really like the living space and storage space. The garage is especially nice for our bikes, and winter clothes when we go south. Some ot the pros: -We were able to sleep six. -The spacious living room allowed six of us to sit comfortably. -Large fridge and freezer are great, as well as the spacious kitchen. -The large garage allowed us to store three bikes, winter clothes, a seven foot ladder, and some bins with additional items. -The Solid Step is great for entry. -The auto leveling makes leveling easy! -The stadium chairs are great for watching TV. -The bedroom closets can hold a ton of clothes. -The shelf above the bed is perfect for my CPAP. -The blackout blinds provide privacy and allow you to sleep well after the sun is up! -With the bedroom in the rear, you’re away from street noise. -The two spacious kitchen pantries and cabinets provide ample storage space for kitchenware and food. -The fireplace heats the living room and space heaters can be used for other areas. -The large fish water, gray water and black water tanks were great for our needs. Some of the cons: -Because of its size, we couldn’t fit in every campground and when towing, we had to fill my truck at truck stops because gas stations were too small. -We also had to be careful to not bottom out on steep entries. -The awning has to be opened after rain in order to dry out. -Because of its height, we had to be careful with lower bridges and awnings.
