I bought a 2023 Keystone Bullet thinking I was getting a good quality RV from a reputable brand. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a disappointment from the start. The AC failed within the first year and getting it replaced turned into a long and frustrating battle between the dealer and Keystone. No one wanted to take responsibility and it took way too much time and effort just to get something that should have been handled quickly.
Then the dinette seats literally fell apart just from sitting on them. When I checked I discovered they were held together with cheap staples instead of proper screws or bolts. I ended up having to fix it myself by screwing everything back together which is not something you expect from a new RV at this price point.
Now only a year and a half later all the rubber seals and junction trim around the exterior are dry cracked and falling apart. I called Keystone hoping they would at least acknowledge the problem but all I got was “Sorry it is not under warranty anymore.” That is their answer for a 1 and a half year old unit that is clearly built with poor materials and no quality control.
I am now trying to sell it but it seems like a lot of people already know about Keystone’s reputation for bad quality and customer service. I wish I had read more reviews before buying. This is my first and last Keystone product. I will never recommend or buy from them again.

Small items to note. Heat in bedroom works best if bathroom door is open as bedroom only has one heat vent. Overhead vents need an extension wand to open and close vents as they are very high up on ceiling. No towel storage in bathroom and only 1 light above mirror making it hard to put on makeup per wife. Smart tv is a pain to get it to connect to cable or antenna. They should add an awning to the rear door area just like the front door. Expanding ladder for rear bed the step is angled wrong making it hard on your feet. Small table for end of couch should be angled cut on one side so it would swivel when getting up. Overall build quality and layout work well. Very happy with our purchase and this is our 3rd Keystone camper. This review is based on 30-day ownership and 2 camping trips.

Great travel trailer and bang for the buck! Love the floorplan and usability of the interior with the slide out king bed and bunks at opposite ends of the camper. Room for adults, kids and pets. Good storage and water capacity for off grid camping too. Convenient hookups for campgrounds, awning for shade and rear slide out can be used to shelter bikes and gear underneath when camping. Easy to maintain and tows great as well. Typical new camper tweaks and adjustments with minor repairs / manufacture warranty issues. Easy to fit into smaller campsites with the rear slide out which means more campground options. Have used this model all over the western half of the country and Canada.

One of the recliners broke, it was stapled together, the A/C to D/C converter stopped working and had to be replaced, MULTIPLE water leaks at the city water connection, the shower, the toilet, the water heater. The dinette table wabbles and won’t be staying long. This is a brand new camper and within the first year of owner ship it has been a constant project. I would not recommend buying this new

In the shop more than camping (so far...but there's hope). As seems much like another review on the very similar Keystone 240URS (also posted here), the main issue has been the slide base cracking and falling off (twice so far) - thin protective plastic piece that goes over the rollers on the underside of the slide. Fortunately, unlike the other purchaser, Keystone authorized warranty work to fix this the first time (unlike the other buyer), but with the same adhesive and material as the original piece (as I understand). We managed to go camping twice after that during that summer, and then the RV sat parked for the fall and winter. Upon going out to de-winterize it in the immediately following spring season, it was observed that the slide base piece had just fallen off (the adhesive let go) while sitting parked over the winter. The keystone repair facility said this is the result of needing to use Keystone's direction on how to repair it the first time so not their fault or responsibility. They suggested I could talk with a Keystone rep.
The Keystone rep reported that the warranty is expired, and the repair that was done was considered having lasted long enough, and they are not taking responsibility, but I could try an aftermarket extended warranty if I have one. Of course, the expensive extended warranty did not cover this. Fortunately and appreciatively, I managed to eventually get a discount from the Keystone repair facility (not the dealer who we bought this from) through my persistent complaining and got this second repair down to a not-insignificant $1200.00 from the original $1600.00 that was quoted.
This problem has been in addition to a valve failing on the toilet and another on the black tank flush that each sprayed and flooded water all over the trailer (separate occasions), and a minor repair to the air conditioning that was installed incorrectly. A bunk mattress was also ripped when we bought it new, but that was rather insignificant.
So while the floor plan is excellent for a small family, and the large rear slide of the king size bed is fantastic (i.e., you sleep parallel to the length of the trailer with no need to crawl over your sleeping partner), there certainly have been some frustrations. The folding bunk and cargo access door are very helpful and convenient. External shower on the door side of the trailer is also great. Lots of electrical plug ins.
Please let it keep working and get through another winter. I'll aim to keep you posted. Good luck everybody.

I had a list of no fewer than 20 issues including the major issue of a cracked vent (installed thwt way you could tell from the seal) on the roof that caused a major leak and dealing with Keystone was insulting to me. Their reaction ahowed me that this is usual and they had no concern whatsoever. The Dealer told me that in fact the only way to make headway with these issues is to build publicity on social media. The xompany doesn't care once you buy the product. Will never buy a keyston (or thor industries) again.
