We purchased this RV spring 2024 new , never sold til we bought it. We received a email.from Keystone stating the first year warranty was about to expire. So we did a complete inspection and found the rubber roof was bubbling bad . We took photos of this as well photos of other defects and sent them to Keystone. . We had experienced finding water puddles inside the RV in a couple locations. Below where the air conditioner is and between the washer and the pantry opposite the washroom. We took photos of the roof and we'll the interior trim pieces coming off and a few other things and reported it to Keystone. After we took it to the dealer for inspection, the dealer sent in photos the Keystone. Keystone Denise the claim evern though the RV was within its first year of warranty. We had to authorize the dealer to complete all the repairs and asked the dealer to send photos and reports to us and Keystone. The dealers techs found the rubber roof was not installed or sealed properly. Interior panels rotting and mold covered when removed in several areas. Since the repairs are currently ongoing as I write this, Keystone now has offered to cover 10 hrs labour and all the materials. But the original quote was 40 hrs labour and these findings have increased the labour time. If I could post photos of all this on here I would. Wee are going to sue Keystone ass well register complains with consumer affairs. Keystones.warrenty isn't worth the paper it's written on. This is our second Keystone toy hauler RV. Our first qaaa a 2015 Keystone Carbon. It was a really good RV and I wish now we had kept it. Jim and Karen . Very disappointed! Show less

This company and all its products are the pits. They do not stand behind their shoddy built Campers. I have learned a hard lesson. Stay away from Keystone. I PURCHASED IT IN 2022 AND JUST AMOTH AGO DISCOVERED A LEAK THAT THE TECHNICIANS AND INSURANCE ADJUSTORS SAID THAT OT WAS A MANUFACTORER DEFECT. GUESS WHAT THE WARRANTY JUST RAN OUT. VUT THE DAMAGE WAS CLEARLY A LONG TERM PROBLEM. COSTING ME 12000 DOLLARS. Show less

Purchased an Avalanche 338gk back in 21 as a 22 model and have taken it out multiple times a year. This thing is a luxury house on wheels. Full size fridge for keeping snacks for the kids, a nice little electric fireplace in the living room, and a wonderful king size bed for me to get away from the kids at night. Haven't had any issues out of the camper during the over 3 years we have owned it. Show less

We loved camping in our 2022 Springdale Mini 1750RD. Great dining with views of nature in all weather. Pulls well behind tow vehicle also. The A/C always keeps the unit comfortable, even on the hottest summer days. Dumping the tanks is a breeze with black and grey tank connections next to each other. (not all small trailers have this luxury) Show less

This happens to be one excellent Travel Trailer. It has a lot of sleeping capacity, beautiful bunkhouse nice size bathroom great kitchen. The theater seating is an upgrade and I love it along with the 15,000 BTUAC this is an excellent Travel Trailer for the money. You will never go wrong with this one. Show less

The floor layout is very livable. In very hot climates you will need dual air conditioning units. The heat is gas, however you can turn on the electric fireplace and the heat will easily make its way up to the front bedroom. The trailer wasn't well inspected by the dealership when they received it from the manufacturer. During the first two trips we had several issues with drains leaking and water lines leaking. We have had a couple of issues with the computer system that took quite a while for the dealer to resolve. There was a concerning issue with the top rear edge. The trim was not screwed down properly so I had to add a couple of screws to the ends and re-caulk the entire length. The tv that came with the unit was one of the worst I have ever seen. It came with the one piece four step fold down stairs. They are pretty hefty and very difficult for my wife to put down. I purchased the manual hydraulic lift assist kit and installed it myself. It really makes it much easier to raise and lower the steps. It is very easy to pull and tracks very well. Quality control was very lacking and some of the documentation from the manufacturer was incomplete or incorrect. There was a lot of confusion and issues with the leveling system so I had to contact the manufacturer of the leveling system; this company was Lippert. With their assistance I was able to figure things out. However, the design of the leveling system was really bad for being a modern automated system. Show less

Purchased the RV brand new after 1.5 years had to replace one of the roof a/c units. The black tank clean out doesn't work. The refrigerator just went out at year 2. Now again year 2 the furnace fan is going out. Worst Purchase ever! Stay away from keystone products. They look great at the dealership but the quality of on board equipment is sub par and unreliable. Quality on the inside is awful as well. Cheap wood grain tape on all door edges peals away in a very short time. My trailer is less than three years old and I am the original owner. Run from keystone. Show less

I simply love the floor plan. We did replace the rv queen mattress with a true queen mattress. Original was pretty useless. Not really impressed with the build quality. Slide out bracket was installed poorly, lost a suspension bolt before 5000 miles. Finish exposed to Texas sun degraded within 12 months. Had to replace the leaking toilet flush valve on first trip. Vinyl trim strips were replaced after 24 months due to complete degradation. Just shoddy workmanship overall. You would think a little bit of quality control would have caught most of these I love their floor plans but they have to do better before I’ll buy a Keystone again. Show less

Bought the trailer new in 2022. First shower I took, the shower pan cracked in several places. I used duct tape to hold it together until I could get it serviced. Took over a month at a dealer to fix that and a host of other problems, such as all the trim was falling down and the cupboard above the bed was falling down. Later on, water was dripping onto my mattress. I finally figured that out...they never bothered to caulk the hole where the glamour lights on the outside front of the trailer go in. The front half of the underbelly completely fell down while on the road. None of the wiring had been secured, so all those wires fell out onto the road. Both axels bent while crossing Wyoming, which ruined all my tires. Numerous other things have failed, and I never get any help from Keystone. I am traveling full time and cannot just leave it for months on end for them to fix things, so I end up eating the cost. Customer service will not give any info, even for something so simple as how to remove the fireplace face plate so I can clean behind it. Figured that out. Supposed to be all-season. Not even close. The floor plan is good for 1, but would be tight for 2. It tows well with my very good hitch system. Overall, I would not recommend any Keystone product due to the horrible craftsmanship and lack of customer service. Show less
