This RV is amazing for long term living. Great kitchen and amazing bedroom. Several beds for multiple people. Lots of storage. Built before COVID so the quality is there. I have had very little issued with the RV. I would buy this model again. Show less

The Keystone Cougar Half Ton 27RES is a good sized trailer, allowing one to relax in comfort. The 2 theater style chairs, in lieu of fold down couch, are comfortable and have built in drink holders and storage compartment for TV and Radio remotes and other goodies. It has an RV King Size bed, made more comfortable by the memory foam topper we added. The bathroom is roomy with a good sized shower; adding a rod over the top of the shower increased our hanging storage for coats and such. We always had plenty of room for storage (extra) with cabinets over the TV, on the end cap, in the kitchen, in the bathroom and over/around the bed. Not to mention the pass through storage on the exterior, the fold down bike/storage rack on the back and room in the outdoor grill/fridge area. The automatic levelers are a little tricky to understand and can take a little finessing to get it leveled, but a lot easier than manually extending the jacks. Towing is made easy with the Equalizer Sway Control Hitch and back up camera. This trailer has a polar package, rated to 0° and a fully sealed underbelly. We bought this trailer when we retired and was our introduction into the RV adventure. We are happy with our purchase and love the time spent together traveling. Unfortunately, we no longer are able to take it out and must let it go. We have kept it very clean and made some homey decorative touches, that are easily modified if desired. Show less

We love our camper. We would never get rid of it except we want to be able to tow our boat with a class-c. Otherwise this is perfect for a family of 4 with a dog and friends who come with us a few times a year as well. Plenty of room for all and has everything you could possibly need. Show less

We really enjoy our Keystone Cougar 26RBS. It is easy to tow and set up is a breeze with self leveling jacks. The large awning provides a nice shady space to soak up the outdoors - and with the slide on the opposite side, there is plenty of room under the awning for a picnic table or lounge chairs to just hang out and listen to music on the outdoor speakers. The outdoor shower comes in handy after a dip in the ocean, bay or lake!. Inside the, the fireplace is great on a cool morning or evening while watching the 40" TV. The floor plan is roomy - sleeping 4 and with dining for 4 at the booth dinette. The amount of storage inside and out is phenomenal. The AC unit is great - even in the Florida sun. There is a bike/storage rack in the rear allowing extra coolers, bikes or toys. Show less

Current Owner Rating: It's been a great RV. Great for two adults and little dogs. Can sleep 4 but it's really geared to two people. The table converts to a bed and is good for one person, maybe two if small. Show less

Have had 2 bad experiences with this company. Employees who don't care what you have to say as a customer. Bought a fifth wheel from them and both times I have taken it in for service they have kept it two months each time and never fixed everything that it was taken in for in fact it was given back with more issue's and no service person to tell you what they had completed. I would have never dealt with this company if I had known how interested they are to get your money and then dispose of their customers. Show less

We purchased from our local camping world and have only had a few minor issues and one major warranty issue that was a delam on the kitchen slide out. Keystone warranty paid for the new wall replacement and it was done by the local dealer. The trailer is very well built and has been towed about 10k miles since we purchased it. I did upgrade the tires to a higher quality tire and use a Hensley hitch. Show less

I purchased this 2018 Cougar half ton 5th wheel in April 2019. I had recently retired and planned on traveling and living in the 5th wheel. What a mistake I made by buying this piece of junk. Within the 1st year it had a new roof,a recall on the outside grill, A cable to one slide came loose from the wall, t j.g e front air conditioner went out. All of this should have been covered under the warranty but keystone refused to pay. Siting consumer error. This trailer has been in the shop more than out. Currently the converter is outages nbbbb d pulls the batteries down. Then nothing works. I intend to upgrade to a larger RV but it will not be anything made by Keystone. I intend to tell everyone how sorry these RVs are. I paid for a lot of money for this trailer but now I could not give it away. If your reading this review save yourself a lot of grief and do not buy anything made by Keystone. Show less

Love how roomy this RV is. Love all the storage, every room has lots of storage. Love the auto leveling system. Love the outdoor kitchen!! So many nice perks!! You could easily live in this camper full time. Show less
