You get what you pay for. We got an exceptionally good deal on this trailer brand new ($16,000 CDN). There is no way I would have paid the original price of $25,000). We had problems from the get-go, but I expected that. A tire blew out the second trip. It turns out that Keystone puts China Bombs on many of their trailers. We had to replace all the tires after 1000 miles. The toilet started to leak after 2 years and we replaced it with a good porcelain toilet. The pump quit after 3 years, and we replaced it with a better one. We also upgraded the suspension to the MorRyde 3000 with greasable wet bolts and heavy duty shackle straps. We replaced the plastic bushings with brass bushings. It tows much better. We also got rid of the horrible mattress and replaced it with a Sealy pillow top. What a difference! We also replaced the steps with MorRyde stable steps which are much safer. Yeah, we had to replace the junk parts they put in to increase their profit margin and add upgrades, but in the end it was worth it. We have trailer the way we want it. No matter what price you pay for an RV they will always need to upgrades and repairs.

Awning broke and was unraveling as we were driving down the road. 2 leaks in roof. Trim on the front of trailer and around storage door cracked and just falling off. Kitchen sink trap broke and water going everywhere while doing a few dishes. Very poorly made. Keystone basically says no replacement. I will never buy another keystone camper again. I’m very dissatisfied. They should be giving me a new camper. This Springdale mini is a lemon

We have had our camper for a about year in half and absolutely love it. We use it a lot we camped out most weekends last summer as well as several weeks visiting family .We love that it has a great layout lots of storage space .I love the huge closet. We have only had one big repair since owning it and that was to the water pump got it fixed and that was it. The outdoor kitchen had shelf that pulled out and it did break our 2nd trip out but we completely removed it and use that area for storage which we tend to like better. My husband loves the electric jacks and tongue. Overall we are very satisfied with our camper.

Love the cozy feel of this RV. The fireplace with the TV situated above it is perfect for chilly nights. The kitchen is a perfect size and has everything you need for cooking that perfect meal. Of course, the retractable awnings on the outside make it great to have friends over for a BBQ while listening to music. There is plenty of seating inside with the 2 leather recliners, the couch (also a bed) and the dining room table/benches (converts to yet another bed). The bathroom has two doors to make it easy for your guests to use it without having to go through the bedroom. The bathroom is bright and light with a skylight over the shower. There is a sliding door from the bathroom to the bedroom so it does not take up any additional space. The bedroom has a queen size bed with nightstands and a another skylight. Many windows throughout make you feel like you are part of nature. There is so much storage in this RV! There is tons of built in storage in the living/dining areas. There are armoires throughout the bedroom with rods to hang clothing. There is storage inside and outside - anywhere you can think of! The best thing about this RV is it is in brand new condition. It has barely had any use, and you are getting it all for so much less than buying a brand new one from a dealer. Price is negotiable too!

save yourself and run away from a keystone product and camping world. I honestly don’t know what’s worse the quality of this camper or the service from camping world! so I bought this thing brand new In July of 2018 it literally has been on 4 trips 3 of which were short so I decided to trek across the country 2400+ miles one way for my 4th trip and do I have some complaints about this thing. I’m afraid to use anything in fear it might break I’m just waiting on something to short, catch fire, or flood. I just hope I’m not around for it. So my “new” Spare tire was having issues holding air it had a nail in it. As I’m driving across the country screws are literally falling off this thing that hold on the skirt the plastic trim around the wheel is falling off as I’m in the middle of nowhere with no service I hear a god awful noise coming from the axles which have gotten a shot of grease before every trip at this point I’m like send it so I keep going I limp this thing into the campground with the worst screeching noises on earth at 11pm I go to back it into a spot and something breaks and locked the front axle up I force it into my campsite get all set up hook my city water up and it overflows into the fresh water tank so the check valve in the water pump is bad it’s 90 degrees today and the fan decided to go out on the Ac all of this in less than a week I cannot wait to see what goes out next

We have not had a time period where the leaks have not been an issue. We also had interior wall panel come part from the studs as well as staples hanging out in the bunks where our small children sleep. Thw quality of this unit is beyond horrible!!! We at this time are unable to plan tripsbto use our rv because its always leaking and in the shop. We Will never buy a keystone product again
