Not impressed. A couple years in only and the trailer jacks rotted and bent right back and almost off. Door panel trim fell off right away. Furnace thermostat is a joke. Will need to replace. I find the overall quality is very poor. At first , it seemed ok , but things started falling apart fast. Also , towing is a nightmare. Super hard on gas. Like towing a big log. Definitely going with a double axle next time , and a better brand. Show less

We have loved our Summerland 2020 QB. It's the perfect size for quick getaways and for longer trips. We spent months at a time in it for an extended trip through the Eastern/South Eastern US. It tows well and is easy to place on a campsite. Setup and take down are fast. The back window is huge and when we were backed up to Kerr Lake, NC and places like that... lovely! Having the bathtub instead of a shower stall is really nice. It's a well made unit that feels roomy inside. Show less

First new camper we have purchased, loved it the first year but then started leaking in front right section. contacted warranty company and of course not even the extended warranty will cover it. Absolutely angered by the response. Selling it as soon as can. Done. Show less

We decided to get back into camping and purchased our Springdale Summerland at an RV dealership in Carthridge, MO. We liked the idea of having a Forever Warranty because they basically make sure everything on your RV is checked thoroughly ever year. The selling point is gives you "Piece of Mind" knowing your RV will be in working order because they thoroughly check every year all the basic components. After purchasing our brand new camper, knowing we had the "Piece of Mind" policy, we decided for out 1st camping trip to take our camper to the local lake 15 minutes away. As we were going down the highway to our 1st turn, my husband noticed insulation on the road and then noticed the whole front panel was missing from our camper. Since it was brand new the company gladly fixed it. 1st year inspection with the Forever Warranty they tell us everything checked out but it looked like we had a bent axial or maybe the wheel was out of alignment. They didn't have the equipment to check and told us we would have to take care of it. 2nd year we took camper to Colorado and the AC froze up. Called and had a local RV repairman come out to the campsite and $175 later basically said he couldn't fix. 2nd year Forever Warranty inspection didn't find any issues with AC or apparently anything else except for the axial issue which wasn't covered under the Forever Warranty. So we head out on 1st camping trip for the year and the water pump goes out. Easy fix once we returned but why wasn't that issue addressed during the 2nd year Forever Warranty. 2nd camping trip was back to Colorado and guess what AC froze up!!!!! Oh and the fridge stopped working!!! So back to Carthridge, Mo to the dealership. So frustrating!!! Forever Warranty's are a sells pitch that 3rd year Show less

If you wanna but the ultimate hunk of s***! Buy a keystone camper there is not a spot on this camper that does not leak. The roof leaks in several spots the toilet leaks the seals around the windows leak the seals around the storage compartment are coming off so they leak. Now something is wrong with the gas line or regulator. So for your ultimate piece of s**** buying experience choose Keystone they won’t disappoint. Show less

I love this trailer. I have the Artic package and have enjoyed using it all year. The open floor plan is very comfortable and the finishes are very nice. I like the private bedroom and double entry doors. It is easy to pull and so much fun! Show less

I have owned this RV for 5 years and loved it. The floor plan is great, very spacious, excellent storage. The pantry is amazingly huge, enough kitchen storage for all dishes, utensils, food, you name it. The bedroom works well, queen sized bed, it also has a 4 drawer dresser, washer and dryer, and good sized closet big enough to hang up plenty of clothes. There is a Onan generator that is strong enough to power the entire unit and all air conditioners. The fire place in the living room will keep you warm while your watching TV on the 50 inch HD smart TV and Sony surround sound. The RV tows like a dream, I'm sure most of that has to do with the F350 Dually I drive but the rv tows easy. It makes big turns but that's to be expected with a 44 foot rig with triple axles. I love the garage space because of its versatility. The back doors open and turn into a deck with fencing that is perfect to enjoy the outside. I would recommend this RV and model to anyone. We've had terrible problems with this 2017 year model. Water leaks from faulty parts, water pump stuck open and water backfilled into our freshwater tank forcing a water leak in the bedroom floor. Now, after 18 months, the roof is pulling away from the frame! We only discovered this when rain poured into the camper this past weekend soaking everything in the cabinet in the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend the 2013 model. We had that one previously with NO ISSUES and it was stolen. We bought a new Summerland thinking we'd have the same experience, but it's really been awful. The quality has really gone downhill. Show less

We're starting our second season with a 2017 2020QB, just me and the wife. This is our first camper after graduating from tent camping for many years. I was a bit concerned with the Keystone brand after reading many negative reviews, but we really liked the floorplan and the price. The key to this line of campers is to temper your expectations - this is not a Lexus LS500; rather, it's a Hyundai compact commuter. Fit and finish is not the greatest and shortcuts are liberally taken on things that ultimately don't affect the function of the unit. We've put 28 nights in this thing since last May and have had no major issues to speak of. No leaks, no non-functioning units, nothing major. We're still working schmucks, so this unit is relegated to weekend trips and twice-a-year weeklong trips to the beach or mountains, and it has given us no problems at all. Caulking on the unit is a bit sloppy, but adequate to keep the water out. Visible screwheads on trim panels make for a lower-quality look, but function is up to par. I've no experience with manufacturer warranty/support, so I gave 3 stars for lack of knowing a proper score. So far, we're really happy with the unit. As with any major capital purchase, do your due diligence with regard to maintenance and use a lot of grease and this should give you years of enjoyment. Show less

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! Perfect floor plan for our 3-person family. Fully loaded for a mini with nothing to add. Tows like a dream, amazing sleeping space and big kitchen area. Construction quality is superb! The bathroom is perfect size, and wife loves outside vanity with mirror. Storage spaces are impressive. Windows in upper and lower bunks a must for sleepers and ventilation. AC and heater work fantastic!! Show less
