This RV has always treated me well. I hate to get rid of it but I cant use two. I just hope the new one treats me as well. It was super easy to pull with my 3/4 ton truck. The wide body was fantastic with all the extra room. Show less

We loved this RV, the space and storage inside and out are incredible. We loved the outdoor shower for muddy dogs from hiking. The inside has privacy with front bedroom when camping with other people.The full size fridge and island made cooking easy. We loved the recliners, and thought of the fireplace as an extra we didn't need, but used it all the time! It tows and sets up easily. Great camper! Show less

I love the looks and layout of this camper. The quality of the finishes is very poor though my counters have cracks in them, the wall paper is wrinkling and the tack paper that looks like wood on the doors it peeling off. None of my exterior lights work. Most disappointing of all is that in the summer this camper gets very hot. I do have 2 AC's it just does not make it in the heat of the day. If you get one of these campers park in shade or don't use it during the summer. Show less

I currently live in Pennsylvania but store the unit at the Jersey Shore where I use it 2-3 times per year. It has been towed less than 2000 miles so it is in really good road condition. I did not buy an extended warrantee when I bought it. I really love the unit but I need to downsize. The floorplan is excellent - lots of space. Large windows on all sides gives it a great open feeling. I am really going to miss it... Show less

It is a very nice livable RV. It is comfy and has a nice roomy living room area with a pull out couch that fold out into a bed. Also has enough space for clothes and more personal items. Enough cabinet space in the kitchen area as well. Show less

Nice quality RV, worked great for a large family. All of the features worked, loved the remote to control the slides, awning, jacks lights etc. Dual AC worked great and kept it nice and cool on the hottest days in Michigan. Show less

We bought the unit new in Dec. 2016. Great floor plan. Had some problems with the ice maker, and all the fixtures in the bathroom. The ice maker has a value on the back of the fridge that was closed which required it to be removed to open the valve. The bathroom sink had to be replaced, water wouldn't drain. The toilet has been replaced because it wouldn't hold water. Then comes the shower problem. There was a gap between the shower and the wall around the top of the shower. Apparently Keystones fix was to silicon it which in the future will probably develop mold from the moisture and leave us the cost of repair. This is the reason for 3 stars for manufacture support. Very nice travel trailer. Camping made easy should be a mandatory requirement for all RV's Nice floor plan. Easy towing and very attractive RV. It is our first RV and we got lucky to purchase from Keystone. They really thought things thru with this unit. Very Happy customer Show less

This camper does not stay cold at all! The back room has no AC. By 9 am, the camper is back up to 75 degrees, and just gets hotter throughout the day until night. We have tried keeping the blinds shut, awning out, not using hot appliances, and keeping 3 different fans on all day! Nothing helps. We've also had issues with dumping the tank that goes to the back bathroom. The valve will not open. That part, maybe we're just doing something wrong, but we cannot figure it out from any manuals, or internet. Show less

Layout is nice. 95 degrees and its 84 degrees inside . After fighting with dealer about unit, I hAd them put a 15000btu unit in and it\'s no better. If you plan on going where it\'s hot, don\'t buy this unit. Not enough insulation. I now have to try adding another ac unit. Should have been told from the get go about this. Show less
