Second season had to replace circuit board for fridge, 3rd season awning damper wearing out and retract frame miss aligns its stow bracket, fourth season slide out not extending but will retract, not impressed with a trailer you pay so much for and use maybe five times in a season and have to put up with so many problems, thankfully im mechanically in clined and am able to fix these problems myself , very disappointed in Keystones quality in parts Show less

This RV is small on the outside but very roomy on the inside. The layout of the living space is excellent. The 2 slides opposite of each other create more space than in many larger 5th wheels. Our unit has 2 recliners in the rear which are very comfortable. We love the layout of the bathroom, especially being able to access it directly from the bedroom. I installed a wall to wall shelf in the bedroom slide to increase the storage for clothes. We preferred shelves to hanging space. I love the automatic leveling feature. The unit tows very easily, even with my half ton Toyota Tundra. There is ample space underneath, and the water Show less

Floor has developed soft spot in front of sink, in general I wouldn’t buy or receive this product if it was free! It will probably need close to two thousand dollars in repairs, it does tow good, furniture is uncomfortable, Show less

I purchased my 2016 outback 325bh brand new from Pete’s RV in northern VT. I’ve had problems from day 1. Interior wood trim work falling apart, outdoor kitchen leaked in water which rotted out the bunk house floor, roof leak in bunk house, bathroom door handle needed replacing, bunkhouse door handle needed replacing, main bed lifts up for storage but plywood broke, outdoor kitchen door struts didn’t hold door up from day 1, water heater always needed to be reset to refire, more but I’m getting fired up just thinking about it. I actually sold it to someone knowing all of the issues but got it for a very little cost and he is very handy so he wants to spend time fixing it up. I do y have the time nor the want. I would stay clear from these units. Show less

This is a luxurious Travel Trailer. It is very comfortable with two wonderful recliners and a sofa bed. This trailer sports a King Size Bed with a $ inch memory foam topper. It has stereo speakers both inside and outside the Trailer. We are also including a Portable RV Waste Tote Tank. Happy days are in store for whomever purchases this trailer from us. Show less

Sold a 2011 fleetwood Pioneer to buy this piece of shit from Willis Rv. One of the worst decisions i’ve ever made! Bought it brand new and i’ve had nothing but problems. Water heater, electric jack, water leaks, electrical short, slide trim, and slide jamming. And we have pulled it maybe 9 times. DO NOT BUY one of these units. Willis RV service sucks, they’re service sucks and it is my opinion that they are a buncha crooks. Enough said! Show less

We love this RV it has been great no problems to name love the bunkhouse and layout of living space and bedroom I pull it with Ram 2500 heavy duty with no problems like it's not even there we would definitely buy another Keystone Show less

This RV is great for the couple that want to get away from it all but don't want to give up their creature comforts. This travel trailer is a home away from home. Grab a couple of grandkids and head out for adventure!!! Show less

We bought our 2016 inspired by the "polar package." Don't believe it! Today we are south of Houston in an ice storm; campground electricity went out. Ran furnace all night, but pipes still froze. Good: floorplan - one of the biggest kitchens around. Large slide-out dining area hasn't failed in 4 1/2 years. Often-used parts like faucets, toilet have held up we'll, although we do have a soft spot in the floor near the entry door. Cleans up good, except for dining carpet. Show less
