I have owned this RV since it was brand new. I have had zero issues with the exception of the 50 amp breaker for the Lippert Auto Leveling System which was upgraded to an 80 amp breaker. This was a know issue with Lippert. Upgrade took about 5 minutes. This is one of the best floor plans available from Montana. It was only made for a year or two. Bathroom is not in the bedroom. It has a rolling Island. It's living space is wide open. Leather couch and recliners don't go out of style. Jack and Jill bath room is absolutely perfect when you have guests. Enter from the Bed room or Living room. Absolutely the best built RV. Show less

Excellent condition! These are the original owners and this unit has been maintained and is immaculate. Non-smoking and no pets. Excellent cabinet and exterior storage galore. Tires are upgraded to 10 ply and have approximately 15,000 miles on them. Show less

Pulled good great space and storage. Loved the floorplan and basement features.Great for full time or weekend trips. Loved the 6 point jack system. Insulated and warm or cool making comfortable inside. Beautiful rig all around. Show less

This was our 2 nd Montana and the best upgrade was the hydraulic auto level sys. A few issues 1st year warranty promptly took care off. Never back to dealer until traded in last year for a 2019 model 3121rl. Three wk trip California and back,no issues. Only 2 items I replaced(myself) was ac unit(lost charge),and fireplace quit heating(ordered replacement element/fan module).from manufacture.l would mention we are not full timers and unit was stored under roof. We love our 2012 Montana High Country. It’s lightweight, aluminum construction is excellent. This Montana is a four season RV. With the extra options, washer dryer combo, window awnings and large living room, this 5th wheel is very comfortable. This is a high end 5th wheel with real walnut wood and wonderful details. This Is a great RV. The factory warranty has expired but everything is in top condition. You can take your home with you and what better way to vacation and.....stay safe with social distancing. Very very comfortable and spacious with the 4 slide outs. Show less

We loved this RV - our children are grown so we want to get a different layout. It has been very good in the hot sun or cold snow. Great for children with the private bunkhouse. Lots of space for visitors. Tows great. Towed triples with a boat on back no problem. Show less

This RV has been a great RV for us. We are planning on traveling up north next winter and the Momtana is not a four season or we would keep it and go. It has almost new tires, about 1 1/2 years old but low milage. Unit is in great shape and clean. Have clear title on hand. Show less

We loved our Montana Mountaineer and, for five years, it was truly “home” for us. Not only was it beautiful inside, it was easy to maneuver and tow. We have owned two other types of RVs (two pull-trailers and a motorhome) but they didn’t compare with our 5th wheel in comfort and livability. Some of my favorite things about the Montana were: DEDICATED OFFICE/DESK SPACE: I especially appreciated the dedicated area for my computer and files. With our other RVs, I had to either use the kitchen table or balance my computer on my lap, and my files had to be boxed up and packed into inconvenient places. When we first considered buying a 5th wheel, we discovered that when others said they had desk space, what they meant was a pullout directly under the TV. So much better with our Montana where I had an actual desk and two file drawers. What a convenience. EXTRA LARGE BATHROOM & SHOWER: Our Montana had one of the largest RV bathrooms I’d ever seen. The shower was large enough for a 6’+ person to shower comfortably and it even had a skylight! Another plus was, in addition to the medicine cabinet above the sink and the cupboard below, there was a floor-to-ceiling corner cabinet! KITCHEN COUNTER SPACE & STORAGE: With its “U shaped” layout and two peninsulas, my workspace was four times what I’d had in our motorhome. Lots of cabinets and storage below both peninsulas in addition to the wall cabinets. FIREPLACE: While it did provide heat and save on propane, my favorite thing about the fireplace was the coziness it gave to our evenings. EXTRA AIR CONDITIONER IN BEDROOM: This bedroom air conditioner was one of the best features we added to our rig and it was an absolute blessing when temperatures rose. HOLDING-TANK HEATING BLANKETS: Since we occasionally spent winters in cold climates, we had heating blankets installed for our holding tanks. Anyone who has ever had to deal with a frozen black-water tank knows what a wise move this was. EASE OF TOWING: 5th Wheels are far easier to tow than trailers. They track so well it’s almost like not having anything hitched to your truck. EXTERIOR STORAGE: We referred to our outside bins as “the basement” because that’s how we used them. They were large enough that we could keep a huge amount of items we didn’t use on a daily basis. Show less
