Recliner broke, fireplace broke after 1st use, I called Heatland and was told " when you buy an RV , you have to expect that! " I spend $50k , I expect it to hold together and be able to use it longer than a week. 2nd outing (owned 2 mths) pipes in bathroom leaking under shower and sink. Pipe was cracked. Had to replace all piping! 3rd outing (owned 8 mths) rubber seals tearing down off slides, leaks in windows! 🤬

Besides self inflicted wounds that we created, we have not had a problem with anything on this trailer. We bought brand new as a manager special in la Mesa Rv in port saint Lucy. We are a family of fifteen and we have gotten our money’s worth. Thank you heartland for making such a good dependable trailer. After three years everything still works like new. Including both a/c. And we basically live in it year round. Will recommend to everyone. North Trail 33 buds 2019.

We absolutely love this travel trailer! It sleeps 10 very comfortably with room to still move around! The quality, functionality is great! The interior is beautiful and the colors are very earthy and calming. The dark wood and dark upholstery keep everything looking clean all the time. The outdoor kitchen, grill and shower add to the external use while the really cool party package awning covers almost the entire length and lights up at night! The outdoor speakers also add additional ambience while enjoying the outdoor space! Great quality without any complaints.

This is a great travel trailer! Its spacious floor plan and the ability to sleep 10 is amazing! The separate bunk and private master, AND 2 bathrooms makes this very appealing to families or a large group of friends! It has a really nice outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and the party pack awning makes it a social entertainment place everyone will want to gather at. The quality is far superior to other brands we have owned, and towing is very easy. You do need a super duty to pull this Queen, but you would never be disappointed in all of the extras this camper offers!

This model has a bunkhouse room in the back, however the entry door to this room opens inward the issue is that if people are sleeping in the lower bed on the floor you can’t get in or out of this room which is a major design issue especially if someone has small children in there & there is a fire and you can’t get in to rescue the children. When I called heartland they said it was not built wrong and that’s the way it is totally unacceptable. I will not purchase another one of there units again if I want it changed to open outward then I will have to pay to have it changed. I just purchased it two weeks ago & haven’t even camped in it yet.
