This is the third fifth wheel camper I have had and It is the poorest quality of the three The others were a Dutchmen and a Jayco.
This unit has cheap furniture, cheap flimsy wood trim inside that is falling off, the finish on the woodwork is junk and scratches easily.
The tires that came on it were chineese junk. the slide outs do not seal tightly when closed. The bedroom slide out leaks water into the floor in the bedroom. I just discovered that the basement storage area has been leaking on the driver side and has rotted the floor out
So its probablly been leaking since it was new. The plastic trim around wheel wells is poorly fastened and flaps in the wind going down the road. I will never buy a heartland product again This Camper has not seen heavy use and is falling apart.

Bought this trailer in 2019 new from Camping World Kingston NY, 1st trip out 4th of July weekend the shower detached from the wall, towel ring feel off and the aerator on the kitchen sink split. The factory wanted me to ship it back to the factory and lose months of camping all the while making monthly payments, they then sent me a list of local repair shops and the one I went to repaired the shower as best they could and when I called back to have it fixed they told me they were never paid by Heartland and would not do the work unless I paid out of pocket. The best part is when I called Heartland they had no record of this repair, the only repair the had for a door replacement 1 month before I even bought the trailer. Then there was a bent axle and Heartland told me it was not their responsibility. I contacted the axle manufacturer and within 5 minutes on the phone they were shipping me a new axle, which I changed myself in my driveway, as well as having to replace both tires. Now lets get to the roof, somewhere for sometime the roof was leaking down in to the wall so where the canopy is bolted is now loose and not once while inspecting the roof did I ever see anywhere that looked suspicous. Then right before a trip out the water was pouring in through the bedroom light as it had finally became apparent there was an issue. It looks like during construction there was a big gap left on the roof and the wall that someone filled with what appeared to be construction putty covered with caulking. I made a quick fix and after the trip had it fixed at a repair shop and it was them who pointed out that this was going on for some time. Well wouldn't you know it it is leaking again but from somewhere else that I have yet to confirm but what is confirmed is that I now have to replace the ceiling in the bedroom.
This trailer has been plagued by poor craftsmanship, poor quality materials and no quality control and no concern for the customers hard earned money. I would never reccomend a Heartland product to anyone, they do not stand by their poor work.

Dealer is always "backed up," see you in 6 to 8 weeks. Shody workmanship on the enterior. Loose the freaking nail gun or atleast use a little liquid nail BEFORE nailing everything. The KANTLEAK system, only leaks. The factory sent me two more and they are crap! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM HEARTLAND AND LAMESA RV!!

Stay away from Heartland Trail Runner 325 ODK. Probably stay away from all of their products. The dealer had our unit for most of the first 18 months of ownership rebuilding most of the unit. Shoddy workmanship from the factory looked like a drunk 12 year old put it together. Also don’t forget the surface rust on over 50% of the frame during the first inspection when we went to pick it up… hadn’t even taken possession of it yet it’s already rusting? Too much to list, the dealer practically disassembled and reassembled everything.
With the amount of hours the dealer had invested in this unit there is no way they made any money on it. Any dealer selling their products should stop immediately. Don’t let Heartland ruin your businesses reputation if you are a dealer. If you’re going to buy one of these look around closely, nothing will be level, straight, or attached correctly.

This is a great RV for all campers new and experienced (we owned a tag along for about a year before we decided to upgrade). The auto leveling system is amazing, much easier than watching a level and adjusting, only takes about 2 minutes and you are ready to set up for camping. With this camper being built in or before 2019 there are no shortcut issues that I have been seeing in reviews of other new RVs. Everything in this camper is top notch quality. We have large dogs, and the furniture has held up to them and their big paws with no damage. This is a very well put together vehicle with a lot of little extras that I would never have even thought to add to a camper. You could comfortably live in this full time. only had 1 issue with 1 of the jacks, and tech support was able to walk us through fixing in a matter of minutes. Excellent vehicle!! Highly recommend.

We like the storage and the rig tows like a dream. Hot water and heater work per spec. Bath room shower, vanity and toilet are to spec. Kitchen range and sink to spec.
We have so many problems with hydraulic leveling not wired properly and a hydraulic fluid leak to the leveling system that also runs the living room and kitchen slides. The refer doesn’t work when outside temperatures go above 70 degrees that has been from day one and it doesn’t work on electric at this time, freezer is frozen iced up all the time! We have reset the refer with magnets at the back black box out side I can’t remember how many times. The air conditioners had to be reworked, blowers motors that were replaced and shimmed up and that didn’t work. Front door and lock replaced do to poor install, lights that were not wired. The list goes on; it’s in the shop for the third time for warranty work.
The fact is Heartland has no quality control over its piece workers, or training for its piece workers. All the workers are looking for is a paycheck look up their reviews.
If you’re looking for a rv stay away from “Heartland “
