This is a very comfortable model because of the king slide that makes the living and dining area quite roomy. The large windows give light and a good view. The bathroom is also quite adequate for two large adults. See below for all the things included to make it ready to ride! Show less

Dual tires make it easy to maneuver and best for inclement road conditions. Livability is large and comfortable. Exterior is rugged and attractive. All components are hardy and easy to maintain. Bunkhouse offers a lot of optional uses. Great storage. Great for company. Great for office. Enclosed underbelly protects and insulates. Show less

This has been nothing but a waste of money!!! The floors and walls have done nothing but ROT, I have never seen anything like it!! If you buy one make sure you buy caulk stock you will need it! Before you camp the first time take everything a part and reseal it all give it 6 months and you will be buying subfloor, carpet or tile, walls, kitchen island if you have one.. it's been something with this pile all the time. Please beware and buy something you can enjoy instead of fixing and not be able to enjoy! Show less

I have only used this camper modestly but I will say that I do enjoy the layout for everyday use. The kitchen is nice and open as well as the master bed is comfortable too. I used a 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel to tow with and it was great. Easy to hook up and easy to level too. Nice overall camper and use of storage space. Show less

We have been very disappointed with our camper! From the moment we left the lot with this hunk of s**t it has been horrible!! The bed fell off the wall, the blinds are not placed properly on the wall, the curtain rods are not measured out correctly. Everything is crooked. The wrong table was installed. All of the caulk around all of the sinks are peeling off. The gutters do not help at all, water is everywhere! It seems they are not pitched correctly. This camper is a dam nightmare! Instead of enjoying ourselves on the weekends, we seem to be repairing and fixing things with this camper. And, the biggest bitch is that we can not use the 2nd door because there is a huge gap btw the door and the frame of the door.I wish I could post pictures to show how the door is. We would NOT recommend this camper to anyone. And, when we called to talk to the dealer about it, they have done nothing!! Worst experience ever!! 2 thumbs down!! Show less

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE PIECE OF GARBAGE. THIS RV HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP MORE THAN ON THE ROAD.THE DEALERSHIP IS PROBABLY MOST OF THE PROBLEM, THREE WEEKS AND STILL NOT EVEN LOOKED AT AGAIN FOR MY SLIDE NOT COMING OUT PROPERLY. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM OUTBACK RV IN SHERWOOD PARK. Show less

Where do I even begin. I bought this camper bran new in 2015. Has been nothing but a headache ever since. You would think buying a bean new 40,000 unit it would be in good shape. Literally everything is slapped together and is now falling apart. Theres gaps between the walls, the valances where crooked from day one. Took it out camping for the first time and they didn't even have a release valve put on to dump the sewer. Told the dealership and they basically told me I couldn't dump my tank (excuse me)! Took it to another dealership and they put one on for me free of charge. The floor plan is awesome and it has the space I want but it's so poorly put together. It was my first rv purchase I didn't know exactly what I should be looking for hut I guess live and learn... but I would stay clear of this make and model of trailer. Show less

We really enjoy camping and finally found a camper that fits the family and makes us feel like we are at home, even when we are on the road. Having the electric jacks and power awning are a huge bonus. Show less

Gorgeous. Open floor plan, but front shell needs caulking. Amazing storage. Very well insulated. A pleasure to tow. Love the trax wheels for better stability while towing. It's interior is plush and very comfortable. Show less

Bad experience with customer service. Also unit canopy lights burned out twice in one year. Slide out failed to close due to failure at factory to properly put wires together at factory. Would not warranty because unit 16 months old. Poor on Heartlands part. Simply put not a heartland fan any longer. LOST a customer over 242.00. Show less
